Heavy equipment products are the key infrastructure in manufacturing industrychain, which not only reflect national extreme manufacturing capacity andmanufacturing level, but also ensure the national economy and defense security. Due toincreasingly intensive global economic competition, variable demands of consumers,shorter delivery time and closer collaboration between heavy equipment companies, theprocess of design and manufacturing for heavy products becomes challengeable. As thecore link, the technical preparation connects design department to manufacturingdepartment, and provide critical product data and technical guidance documents forsubsequent production. Therefore, rational management of technical preparation wouldbe beneficial to enhancing efficiency and quality of product development. This thesisaims at enhancing management of product data, ameliorating controlment of technicalpreparation process, breaking organization restrictions, improving developmentefficiency and marketing competitiveness. Based on academic reviews, and combiningdomestic situation of heavy equipment manufacturing industry, the collaborativemanagement system of technical preparation for heavy equipment products wasestablished, several critical methods and technologies were further studied involving indate integration, process management and project collaboration. The key issues andimportant conclusions in the dissertation are as follows:1) First of all, characteristics of heavy equipment products and currentdevelopment of heavy equipment manufacturing industry in China were elaborated,problems about collaboration management of technical preparation for heavy equipmentproducts were also summarized. Then, the collaborative management system oftechnical preparation for heavy equipment products was constructed by analyzing mainbusiness process and characteristics of technical preparation. In addition, businessmodel, structure features and system framework were studied in detail. Finally, keytechnologies and methods were presented.2) The BOM management technology of heavy equipment products based onordering-information-driven was proposed. The structure of BOM was characterized forheavy equipment products. Then, according to ordering-oriented property of design andmanufacturing, the BOM model based on ordering code was established. Subsequently,by analyzing multi-view evolution and relationship of heavy equipment products BOM,the multi-view mapping method of BOM based on rules was proposed. In addition,related mapping rules and algorithms were given. Finally, aiming at complexity,dynamic and relevance of heavy products BOM management, the methods andapplication of version management were researched based on improved polychromaticgraphs. 3) The process management approach to technical preparation of heavyequipment products based on extended OPN (Object-oriented Petri nets) was studied.First, collaborative management requirements and characteristics of technicalpreparation for heavy equipment products were analyzed. Secondly, in order to ensuresmooth running of technical preparation process, timely delivery and feedback ofinformation, the dynamic process modeling method of technical preparation for heavyequipment products based on extended OPN was proposed, by building a globalcontrolling model. Composition and application of model were discussed in detail andperformance of model was also analyzed and validated based on P/T invariants. Then, inorder to adapt to the complexity and uncertainty of task allocation, the model of taskallocation established with analyzing influencing factors of task assignment in detail,.Finally, method and application of task allocation were discussed by introducing fuzzysets and TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution).4) For cross-enterprise collaborative project of heavy equipment products, studiedconstruction method of dynamic enterprise alliance for heavy equipment enterprises.After discussing the building demands and process of dynamic enterprise alliance, thedecomposition method of collaborative project based on WBS (Work BreakdownStructure) was presented by analyzing decomposition characteristics. Then, based onsummarizing principles and elements of partner selection, evaluation model for partnerselection was established and partner selection algorithm based on GRA (GreyRelational Analysis) was proposed. Meanwhile, according to index weight, approach tocombination weighting based on fusion of subjective and objective was also provided.Finally, an illustrative example was used to explain application of method.5) The collaborative management system of technical preparation for heavyequipment products was designed and developed. Architecture and key functions ofsystem were introduced. Then, relevant application examples in the enterprise were alsodisplayed. Technologies and methods were validated in this dissertation.
