A Study Of The Five-words Poem’s Formal Aesthetics In The Mid-Ancient Period

After the literati’s five-words poetry in the Mid-Ancient Period separated from external music, poets made great efforts to find and construct poetry form’s intrinsic musical,after a long exploring and experimenting,they achieved great achievements.Through the restoration and analysis of the aesthetic experience of the Poetry,we found that:Nineteen Ancient Poems use allusions as a writing technology,let lyrical theme to achieve the aesthetic effect of transition,sublimation,paracytic and compare.Lyrical theme’s transition and sublimation structures are modulation,they are temporality. In order to implement the conscious awareness of life as the moment of choice,poetry lyric themes modulate to adapt structure vertical development.Because allusions intrinsically linked to different themes,poet use allusions can avoid the unexpected result of direct modulation.Lyrical theme’s paracytic and compare structures are polyphony,they are spatial. Lyrical theme’s polyphony,or chorus of male and female,give poem structure extensive changes in the horizontal,to avoid monotony and straightforward structure.Allusion’s modulation and polyphony succeeded to combine temporal and spatial,vertical and parallel structure,and make poetry became a rich texture.In eight poems of Yongshi,the poet returned from the confusion of society to the abstract philosophical thinking.By the abstract formal skills,he created a fictional life model of poor literati,and make it became the spiritual sustenance in the troubled times.ZuoSi used of his skilled contrast techniques that formed in the writing of Fu,to organize the whole poem under the core principle of comparative structure.The main part of this structure,is the comparative form of allusions.On the one hand, the comparative structure of the allusions changed the linear structure of the poetry,on the other hand, through the mutual invention of the contrast poles,weakened the symbolic meaning and realistic significance of the allusions,strengthen the poetry text’s coherence.ZuoSi created the poem structure of abstract and comparative.Its aesthetic significance is to promote the history image that the allusion represents liberalization,became important material in poem forms.Yongming poetry movement centered on Poetic rhythm aesthetics,and pursuit of comparative forms of rhythm.The Yongming poet mainly of Jinhlinhbayou invented Sisheng theory that inspired by Buddhist scriptures reading,and then use four tones to experiment poem’s sound technology under Babing theory.After the practice under the Sisheng and Babing theory,the Yongming poetry which centered the core rules of meter theory,its meter level significantly increased.The poet constantly explore the whole chapter’s sound pattern,create the poetry form abide the Duishi,nianshi and Dunhe rule,and they gradually generate a new five words poetry form that combination of comparative words and sound with the overall harmony of the sound.The early Tang court poet inherited form aesthetic experience of the Six Dynasties poet,finally integrate and create a new meter poetry.The poets regularized the potential tendency of simplify four tone to two that since the Yongming poetry movement,stabilized the length of poem and the rule of rhyme,determined the rhythm of poetry point is the second and the four word,simplified sound technology from adjust the four tones to Ping and Ze,And select the rule of Nian as authentic pattern.The poet inherited the antithesis aesthetic experience of the Six Dynasties poet,combination the poem structure of the three paragraphs (introduction, description and reaction),establish the principle of the middle antithesis.The new meter poetry use the antithesis in the middle expand contrast structure, describe the scenery,compare time and space,And in the maximum degree weaken the timing characteristics of the poetry linear narrative by the spatial structure.The poet also inherited the allusion techniques which Zuo Si created,made the historical allusions into the history image,and let it became basic aesthetic technology that the new meter poetry stretch the time dimension and form of spatial contrast structure.Under the leadership of complete internal musical structure,poet bring various elements to the form of the metrical poetry.In the aesthetic form that has high regularity,the poet’s aesthetic games created rich aesthetic experience.
