The Party's System Construction Research

Chapter three is the theoretical bases and specific principles of Party’sinstitution system building.Any research and engineering practice requiressome theories to give support, and adheres to certain principles. Human nature,system theory, the party members subjective theory provide scientific theorysupport for reasons, targets, and value orientations of Party’s institution systembuilding.Commanded by the Constitution of the Party, combining with thoughtconstruction, adapting to the national laws, and absorbing foreign beneficialexperience,which provide specific guidance in promoting the party’s systemconstruction.Chapter four is the main content of Party’s institution system building.Themain content includes three aspects, strengthen the fundamental construction ofsystem, enhancing the basic system construction, and optimizing the party’sspecific system. The party’s basic system construction means the consolidationof party congress system, democratic centralism, the foundation of collectiveleadership position system. The party’s basic system construction means partymembers’ rights, party officials, the election and the supervision of inner-partysupervision mechanism system.
