Research How To Solve The Problem Of The Party’s Construction In Police Station

The Party-building work of Public Secutity Organ is an important component of the project, which has significant effect in CPC construction. As its base levels, the police stations that are burdened with an important mission, of which severely striking illegal and criminal activities, maintaning social stability and ensuring peaceful security for the people.It’s a very urgent political task, which we demand to strengthen and improve Party-building cohesiveness, extend the Party members’combat effectiveness of the police. It also has the theoretical and practical significance to construct a force with high-qualities.As time goes by, there are still some new problems remaining when new oppotunities come to us with the changing of situations and tasks. The effectiveness of the work would relate directly to Party’s ruling ablility construction as well as the reform development and the steady in Public Security Organ. A comprehensive analysis about the aforementioned "How to strengthen and improve" measures and suggestions of the Party building work has become an important project that to be studied and resolved. This paper based on the Yan Bian area as an example, starts with the achievements, analyzing the current situation in the police stations. We affirm the achievements while also pointing out the problems that exist in most of them, the importance has not been noticed so that it has derived the defect of every system which influences the Party-building work in progress. We have to develop specific, viable proposals and strategies which are about enhancing the work by analyzing these questions so as to better promote it and then improve the services development to promote harmony and maintain stability.
