Research On The Tripartite Cooperation Mechanism Of Non-profit Organization

Since the1980s,the profound changes have taken place in nonprofit organization environment. In order to maintain its own survival and development, the Nonprofits have to engaged in competing to enterprises, governments, and other non-profit organizations with market or commercial actions as the shrinking of government financial support, declining individual donations. In order to improve the efficiency of the use of public assets, maximize the performance of their own commitment to public responsibilities. Nonprofit organizations are increasingly using market mechanism and enterprise, government and other non-profit organizations in cooperation competition. Under the condition of market economy, with the transformation of government functions, nonprofit organizations such as beauty institutions from external funding is very limited.In order to cope with the reality and improve the efficiency of the organization operation pressure, beauty institutions also need to use market mechanism to do more for-profit business activities to create revenue. To help these non-profit organizations for better development in the process of marketization movement, this paper analyzes the relationship among the pageant institution, government and business. It’s useful for the pageant institutions to build an alliance with government or business. The main problems of The Pageant Institutions in market-oriented operation were as follows:lack of proper restraint mechanisms, absence of government regulation and cooperation obstacle. A lot of problems such as corruption, altruistic behavior, etc. appeared in the process of marketization operation because the nonprofit organization management is not standard. Which is associated with many problems such as the fund-raising, product, service or performance evaluation. After analyzes the theories, such as the voluntary failure theory, the principal-agent theory, this paper studied the relationship among the pageant institution, government and business. We found that the alliance between the pageant institution and government is a non-cooperative game with incomplete information, which is also a positive-sum game. The alliance between the pageant institution and business is a cooperative game. In order to solve these problems, the government should perfect relevant laws and regulations and strengthen the support to pageant institutions. In addition, scientific cooperation mechanism should be established. On the basis of relevant theories of the market operation, this study suggests that pageant institutions should strengthen cooperation with the government and enterprises, through the tripartite cooperation mechanism to solve the current problems. In this way, pageant organizations can improve their ability to resist risks and get good benefits, so can service the community better.This dissertation thinks that the pageant institutions should adopt multi-pattern to raise funds, use multiple cooperation pattern to modify organizational model, and select applicable mode to evaluate the performance. These results also have certain significance to other Non-profit Organizations.
