The Study On The Government And Non-Profit Oganization Cooperation Model From A Governance Perspective

In recent years, with"efficient administration and mass society"being the leading governance conception, the governmental functions transferred and marketing economy system developed, while the non-profit organization gets its chance to develop. Moreover, being one of the multi-management sectors, non-profit organization with its special advantages takes over more and more functions transferred by the government, and the mutual cooperation between nonprofit organizations and government has the signification for forming a good governance structure. However, non-profit organization is fresh to most Chinese people in the present period that neither is it recognized, nor it is highly developed practically. Moreover, in changing China, as a result of some subjective and objective conditions, the classification of the relations between the society and the government is illegible; and government controls most of the non-profit organizations, to non-profit organizations themselves"their own validity is absent"all cause the unequal relation between the strong government and the weak society. This paper is about the research on non-profit organization on the base of the"Government Innovation"and"world wide corporative revolution". It analyzes systematically the motive force factor, as well as its function and its developing background, history and necessity. Next is to get to the theoretical stand the non-profit organization participates public governance. Meanwhile, through the classification of the NPO and the analysis on its function and character, combining with the experience of cooperation between government and NPO from the west, we try to provide some useful advice on how to establish a cooperative mechanism domestically.
