Research On Non - Profit Organization And Government Cooperation Mechanism From The Perspective Of Resource Dependence

Since China adopted the reform and opening-up policy in late 1978, the national economy has developed rapidly, as people’s basic material needs are satisfied, they seek to achieve nonmaterial or spiritual goals. The shape of the organizations and social interests have change so much. Social public problems have become dependence of one being on another. Based on the reality of our country,this paper analyzed the various factors that impact the interaction between our government and non-profit organization, and put forward many countermeasures to promote positive interaction between the two proposals. Many analyses such as document analysis, comparative analysis and system analysis are also used to study the relationship between government and non-profit organizations. The study is a good entry point to adjust the relationship between government and society. To non-profit organizations, the resources from government have strong influence of it. Let me put it another way, by this way, government can control the living resources for the non-profit organizations. So the government can control the non-profit organizations in some ways. But on this way the kind of control has be harmful for the both two. On the contrary, cooperation can bring many benefits. The cooperation between the government and non-profit organizations can bring many benefits. So governors should promote the cooperation to develop social public affairs.
