Transformation Research Of China Model

China has entered a new stage of social and economic transformation, so how to guarantee the transformation of "China model"? How to maintain the sustainability of China’s economic development? Especially the transformation of "system mode", "structure" and "development mode" transformation of the role of China’s economic development has very important theoretical and practical significance in terms of the sustainability of transformation. This paper focuses on the transformation of the "China model", based on the "system mode" transformation, "structure" and "development mode" transformation, put forward the framework of "China model" transformation, carries on a comprehensive evaluation of the "China model" transition’s performance, and finally proposes a new path of the innovation of the "China model" transition. The innovations of the paper are listed as following:realizing the theoretical innovation of "China economic model", discussing on the homogeneity and heterogeneity of "China model", building the transformation of "China model" and its performance framework, carrying on a comprehensive evaluation to the performance of "China model" transformation. Established in the pattern of the system innovation support, structure innovation support and the innovation support for the development strategy, this paper provides a path of innovation support for the long-term sustainable development of the "China model".The conclusion of this paper is as follows:the comprehensive evaluation on the performance of the "China model" transformation. In this paper, the performance of the "China model" transformation is divided into three main dimensions, respectively, for the performance of system transformation, the performance of structure transformation, and the performance of development mode transformation, constructing the performance evaluation system of "China model" transformation and the offering a comprehensive evaluation to the performance of "China model" transformation. Firstly, this paper points out the connotation of the transformation performance of "China model", then build the performance evaluation system of "China model" transformation, putting forward the principle of evaluation, establishing the weight, measuring the index of "China model" transformation performance.The measuring results show:First, from the overall, because of the past 33 years’ reform and opening up in china, "China model" transformation performance present the trend of increasing year by year, but in the future, how to keep the "China model" constantly increasing trend of the transformation performance, that is to say, in the long run, the institutional change of China, how to avoid diminishing marginal returns, realize scale efficiency of increasing return needs to consider the institutional change, the cost size of "China model" transformation, and the "China model" transformation cost allocation efficiency loss brought by the stakeholders game imbalance in size. Secondly, "system mode" transformation performance is the most outstanding and the most direct contribution to promote China’s economic development. This suggests that in the transformation of "China model", the country increasingly tend to transform government’s functions, realize the transformation from the "micro" control to "macro" regulation, to bring into full play the basic role of market in the allocation of resources, reduce administrative intervention. Thirdly, the "China model" transformation performance stage is mainly divided into four stages, the changes of four stages accord with the development of Chinese real condition. According to it, this paper puts forward two suggestions:first, exert the national subjectivity’s effective control action after the transformation of "China model"; Second, adjust the focus of the later transformation of "China model" according to the actual results.This paper puts forward the innovation support path of the "China model" transformation. Based on the innovation support of "China model" in the system, the structure and the development strategy, make it realize long-term sustainable development path of "China model". Firstly, in the transformation of "China model", it is necessary to construct innovation support for the transformation system, provide a guarantee for "China model" transformation, the support system of "China model" transformation includes the innovation support of the economic system, the innovation support of the administrative system, the innovation support of the science and technology system and the innovation support of the social system; Secondly, the structure of the "China model" innovation support is particularly important, it is the core of the transformation of "China model", the structure innovation support of "China model" transformation includes new normal economic structural improvement, the development of industrialization and urbanization, urbanization and the promotion of the development of network economy. Thirdly, the development strategy of "China model" transformation innovation support is the future direction for the transformation of "China model", it includes the innovation of the strategic thinking, strategic objectives, the innovation of the strategic contents and the innovation of the strategic support.
