Basing on the principles dynamic system theory as well as economics and statistics, This article sets up a mathematical model for Nanning's coordinate development which contains three interacting and interdependent subsystems: population, jobs, and houses. The corresponding computer simulation model is framed by using MATLAB's Simulink and the model validity is verified. The simulating time is long as 100 years. In order to lucubrate all the variables (population, jobs, houses supply, houses demand, workforce, the city development area, the density of population, the land-using rate), the exogenous variables, parameters and structure are changed respectively and selectively in the simulating course. These explicit dada draw the outline of development of Manning in the future, Furthermore, Provide scientific, assured evidence for the city government when the economic or the political decision is made.
