The ideological and political education on migrant workers is a new subject in the field of ideological and political education. The paper is involved the mechanism of Ideological and political education on migrant workers. The migrant workers phenomenon is a transitional phenomenon in the process of modernization in China, and it is a product of urban and rural society. As a special social group, migrant workers witnessed the great achievements of reform and opening up in China, but also reflects the tremendous progress in social development in China. In the long run, with the development of social economy, the phenomenon of migrant workers will no longer exist with the transformation from farmers to workers, and the villagers to the citizen. It’s an inevitable requirement of national industrialization, an important symbol of the modernization of the country for the farmers turning into workers. In fact, migrant workers have become a special social group to express and strive for their own unique interests and the interests of the group. It will have a great impact to the current institutional arrangement and policy system. The migrant workers yearn for being admitted into city, and enjoy the fair, reasonable social security and democratic aspirations. The migrant workers being into the citizens is not only reflected in the external material level, but also including thought, consciousness, quality level. It is worthy for us to pay attention to the inevitable problems and conflicts which will be caused by every kind of problem in the magnificent process.At present, there are many difficulties for migrant workers’development. Some migrant workers’values are diversified and complicated, such as the standard of judgment on good and evil, beauty and ugliness, is no longer fixed and single, and thus those characteristics can lead to conflict of values. Migrant workers, especially the migrant workers lack of communication, emotional interaction with the city generally with the poor " loneliness " so that migrant workers are unable to get into the community. Coupled with the lack of humane care of the community, the migrant workers is formed by "isolation" mentality. The cultural life of migrant workers began to change from "spontaneous" to "conscious". However, migrant workers’marginalization severely depresses their behavior of cultural consciousness, so that their strong cultural requirements can not be met, and thus forms a cultural poverty state of embarrassment. Migrant workers have a sense of confidence compared with the rural groups, and brought the distinctive sense of inferiority based on the difference of urban and rural, so that they are inter-wined by co-figurative confidence and inferiority and derive the ideological conflict. They are unable to participate in the political life of city, can not enjoy civil and political rights for migrant workers, so they are confronted with a strong sense of relative deprivation and the indifference of political participation consciousness etc. The plight and ideological mentality of migrant workers is not only related the current society and "tangible" social system, but also the lack of humanistic care from the inner society,the lack of ideological and political education.It’s is a problem for ideological and moral education how to transform the previous "explicit" material to "hidden" care, and take what kind of methods and means to achieve indoctrination, transformation, regulation, incentive function to safeguard the governing party’s leadership and ownership for the workers of ideological and political education when faced with this huge flow of migrant workers groups, and this work is undoubtedly a challenge! From the current practice of ideological and political education of migrant workers, the operation to carry out ideological and political education of migrant workers is not smooth, the effect is not significant, the value orientation of the ideological and political education of migrant workers is not clear, the subject and the content of education is unclear, education resources and management is not integrated. The education methods remains to be explored, the educational environment is not optimistic, and the evaluation mechanism of education is missing. So it’s imperative to build an effective mechanism to resolve it.This study focuses on the analysis of Marxist classical writers on farmers education from the ideas discussed under the Marx’s guide, summarizes their enlightenment for migrant workers, and longitudinal summarizes the mechanism of the ideological and political education related groups of domestic theories and practices, analyzing the deep level reasons of the dilemma on ideological and political education mechanism of migrant workers to construct the ideological and political educational effective mechanism for migrant workers, and helps migrant workers realize to adapt to the city realize the idea of city system, and promotes the harmony between urban and rural areas, industry and agriculture, interpersonal relationship to promote all-round development of migrant workers. This study helps to further promote the research of migrant workers, innovates the perspective of research on migrant workers.The basic framework of the study involves migrant workers, and the research content of the study covers mechanism of the ideological and political education. The study refers to sociology, ethics, psychology, anthropology, political science, management science knowledge and so on, adopts literature research method, the comparative research method, field interviews, social observation and other research methods. The author have engaged in the research of migrant workers for some years, and gets a lot of literature of ideological and political education on migrant workers with library,network media and other means in the process of using the methods of literature research. The writer goes deep into factory, dormitory, NGO of migrant workers and other social organizations in Qingdao, Ji’nan, Beijing, Guangzhou, Zhongshan and other places. According to the related problems of migrant workers, the author conducts a field investigation, observation and interview, the society, and accumulates aboundent, empirical data. At the same time, the scientific research project on migrant workers hosted by the writer, produced lots of questionnaires and the related information, provided a solid support for this study.The paper systematically analyzes the mechanism, the concept of migrant workers and the relevant basic theory, summarizes the transitional policy of migrant workers according to the historical logic clues in China, discusses the thought roots of farmer education problem of Marxism classical writers, such as Marx, Engels, Deng Xiaoping Mao Zedong and so on. It discusses the origin of the problem of migrant workers, puts forward the targets and contents of the ideological and political education on migrant workers, and constructs the basis, principle of the mechanism about ideological and political education on migrant workers.It analyzes the theory and practice of civic education on foreign countries (such as the United States, Britain, Japan, Singapore) in order to obtain the corresponding enlightenment and reference.From the historical perspective, the traditional mechanism of ideological and political education of migrant workers is not perfect or inappropriate, and it is not consistent with the national development trend, the need to meet the needs of migrant workers,the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Ideological and political education mechanism of migrant workers is in urgent need of improvement and supplement, and it is more important to accomplish the transformation from traditional homeopathy into modern mechanism. Based on this, the study puts forward some ways for constructing the mechanism of Ideological and political education on migrant workers, and explores the path method of constructing the mechanism of Ideological and political education on migrant workers:keeping pace with the times, paying attention to actual effect, enriching the content of Ideological and political education of migrant workers to provide support the direction for ideological and political education of migrant workers. According to the reality of insufficient power on ideological and political education of migrant workers, we can construct the political ideological education guarantee mechanism on migrant workers in the system interests guiding force, spiritual power, reform and innovation, and other aspects of adhesion force space to provide ideological and political education on migrant workers with inner force. We can also construct safeguard mechanism of ideological and moral education on migrant workers to provide external force for the ideological and political education on migrant workers in the system, organization, resource and environment. We can construct evaluation mechanism of ideological and political education on migrant workers to control the process of ideological and political education on migrant workers. To construct the humanistic care system on the migrant workers to provide the people-oriented mechanism for ideological and political education on the migrant workers, To construct the mechanism of social work involved in ideological and political education on migrant workers to provide methods and means for ideological and political education based on social forces, based on the background of the new media era, To construct network mechanism of ideological and political education on migrant workers to optimize network medium of ideological and political education on migrant workers, to construct community education system of ideological and political to strengthen environment of community based on community platform. Based on the vocational education, we can construct the urban migrant workers’ ideological and political education practice mechanism, which reflects the mediator role of the professional education.
