As the information society shapes the environment that knowledge updates quickly and organizational environment changes frequently, the organizational staff whose awareness about organization and work is changing. In face of those factors, the organization staff is easy to bring about job burnout. Currently, job burnout has become one of the hotspots of psychology, organizational behavior and human resource management. If job burnout isn’t be relieved for a long time, it can cause the comprehensive set of negative symptoms, such as extreme physical and mental fatigue, work to humanity, low achievement and so on. It is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of job burnout by realizing job burnout prevention and intervention through psychological contract management. Job burnout most likely occurs in the service industry. As a typical helping-career, police are groups of high incidence of job burnout.Based on freeway traffic policeman as the research subject, the dissertation which studies the job burnout applies the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis. The dissertation constructs a theoretical model of the psychological contract and job burnout, relational model of psychological contract, work values and job burnout, and it validates the relationship model by empirical research. The dissertation obtains the following innovative achievements:1) The dissertation constructs a theoretical model of the psychological contract and job burnout by the study of the mechanism of induction, and it verifies relational model of psychological contract, work values and job burnout and validated by empirical research relationship model.2) Based on freeway traffic policeman, the dissertation develops the psychological contract scale and the work values scale on the basis of interviews and questionnaires and verifies the three-dimensional degree theory (CMBI). In the survey work, the dissertation applies "psychological projection technology" to the survey work to improve the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. It proves that the "psychological projection technology" applications can play an active role in the survey work.3) Based on the methods of literature analysis and the theoretical model, the dissertation puts forward the research hypothesis about psychological contract and gets conclusion by a variety of statistical methods.4) The dissertation introduces the second-order cluster analysis in demographic characteristics and proprietary multivariate analysis methods to achieve the diversification and concise of the management demographics and exclusive variable analysis.The research plays a positive role in promoting the work of prevention job burnout of freeway traffic policeman. Firstly, through the study of the psychological contract freeway traffic police, job burnout, work values and the relationship among them, the dissertation finds many factors and methods that can affect on the job burnout based on psychological contract management process, and it helps to make management strategies. Secondly, through a variety of demographic variables analyzing, we can learn the different effects on all types of freeway traffic policeman group based on psychological contract management in different classification, which helps to make the effective implementation of the management. In the practice of management, we should effectively use the research results and carry out the targeted work, which can achieve the prevention and intervention of the job burnout based on psychological contract.
