The Current Situation’s Survey And The Countermeasures’Research Of Traffic Police’s Job Burnount In Changsha

With the sustained and rapid development of the economy in our country and the continuous improvement of living standards of the masses, China transportation business also got rapid development. Traffic police work task arduous, working pressure increasingly sustained increase, Job Burnout has become a kind of occupational disease which injure physical and mental health of traffic policeman in China. To strengthen the traffic police job burnout, prevention and treatment job burnout of traffic police, improve the traffic police quality of life and provide theoretical foundation and working efficiency, This research has important practical guide theoretical and practical significance.This study with changsha traffic police as the research object, the literature research, interview, questionnaire and statistics analysis and other methods to present situation of traffic police job burnout, job burnout and traffic police depression, anxiety, and quality of life on the relationship between empirical research. Get the following conclusions:(1) Job burnout of traffic police mainly embodied in three aspects: emotional exhaustion, cynicism and professional efficiency, among them, the higher the emotional exhaustion, the more serious the job burnout; The higher the level of cynicism, the more serious the job burnout; The higher professional efficacy, the lighter the job burnout.(2) Related analysis shows that, the traffic police of melancholy and cynicism significantly positively related with emotional exhaustion, but not significant and professional performance related; the traffic police anxiety and emotional exhaustion and cynicism are significantly positively correlated with professional efficiency significantly positively correlated; the traffic police’s quality of life and the emotional exhaustion and cynicism are significantly positively correlated with professional efficiency significantly positively correlated.(3) Regression analysis results shows that, the cynicism of traffic police have significant positive melancholy prediction function of emotional exhaustion and professional efficacy, of melancholy prediction function in this study are not significant. Related analysis that, Regression analysis result is further evidence that the cynicism of traffic police have significant positive anxiety prediction function to anxiety, professional efficacy significant negative predicator of emotional exhaustion to anxiety, predicting roles in this study not significant. Regression analysis results further shows, to a traffic policeman cynicism quality of life has significant negative predicator of quality of life, career self-efficacy has significantly positive emotional exhaustion prediction function, quality of life prediction function not significant.On this basis, this paper give the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from individuals, organizations and social three levels.
