Research On Interactive Ideological And Political Education Based On XX Net

XX net which have opened and applied to the ideological and political education successfully, is an inevitable result of the progress of network technology which triggered the change of means of ideological and political education. The 10 years practice of ideological and political education using XX net, not only accumulated a lot of valuable experience, but also left a lot of practical cases and data. These cases and data, which were faithfully recorded in network space of XX, are precious wealth for research on the ideological and political education. On the basis of these data, we take the network survey, telephone interview, separate observation and participant observation and other research methods to obtain a large amount of new data. Based on mastering a large quantity of data, through the "put forward the theoretical framework--control of practice data-- perfect the theory" steps, we researched some problems of ideological and political education on the application of XX net interaction. These researches will help to improve the efficiency of XX net in doing ideological and political education, and solve the current problem of the weakening of ideological and political education function. In the process of research, we carefully follow the principle of comparative study. For example, we compared different behavior subject groups in the study of the participants of interaction, and compared online interaction and traditional education means in the study of the online interaction effects in ideological and political education.We applied the interactive theory of communication and the moral formation theory of ideological and political education to analysis of the effects of net interaction in ideological and political education. We use the media use theory of communication and the motivation theory of psychology to analyze the main factors which drive officers and soldiers to participate in net interaction. Based on the analysis of the effects of political work net interaction in ideological and political education, we analyzed the feature and function of 6 main interactive platforms which are social network services,instant messaging, e-mail, network knowledge base, network forum, information release webpage. Based on the analysis of the main factors which drive the officers and men to participate in net interaction, We analyzed the officers and men ‘s participation motivations and the interactive methods of 8 major contents of education which are thebasic theory, situation and policy, party and military history, laws and regulations,scientific culture, management in army, military officers and men living. In the light of the main problems in the current net interaction of ideological and political education,combining the above analysis theory, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions from 5 aspects which are the renewal of educational idea, interactive platform optimization, the intensification of the participation enthusiasm, talent team construction, interactive process control.
