This article focuses on those minority people working at HuaIong noodle restaurant in Guangzhou City and how they manage to operate a noodle restaurant after moving to urban area from village and establishing a circle of social communication. At present farmer labor is a hot subject of academic research, but we rarely take notice of the demands of those minority people on economy and culture in their daily life and their adaption to urban life. With the concept of Social Capital, this article analyses how those people set up their own social network in Guangzhou and then operate a noodle restaurant with help of the network for purpose of economic independence and individual development. Meanwhile the development is obtained from interaction of country, society, religion and organization. This interaction is a part of social network and At beginning the process of capitalization of new life。The smooth operation undermines traditional social network and sets up a new social capital system which creates a completely new cultural mechanism. Of course this new cultural mechanism is not only a renovation of, but also a heritage of old culture. It is born of original village culture and adapted to new social conditions. Only through research of the inside culture mechanism of Lanzhou noodle restaurant staff, can the issue be explained of how this unique minority group come to the city and survive, and of whether the change happening on them can be copied. This mechanism is the reason why the minorities can develop rapidly. Furthermore, it is the factor that pushes Chinese to keep forward.This article introduces how those minority farmers gather in Guangzhou and operate a noodle restaurant in sequence, and finally form a network of common psychology, common habit and common cultural background. In the new social circumstance, the core of adapting to society and grasping the pulse of marketing economy is the capitalization of social network. Just because of this, the following adaption to city life and the cultural change is easy to understand. This article, with the plot of operating a noodle restaurant, lists some relevant aspects making of the network, and finds the cultural mechanism that supports and maintains the network by demonstrating the life of those minority staff and the communications between them and the government.In order to get reliable material of the minority staff of Hualong noodle restaurant during network capitalization, this research chooses the method of field investigation and comparison of multiple spots and cases. It takes the complex city and simple village as the investigation spots and tells of the difference and the inside relations of the life network when the minority staff live in Hualong and in Guangzhou. This research lasts one year and four months. I have enough time to get along with the staff and get their trust and acknowledge. Meanwhile I can concentrate on my research and grasp the main clue of this article. In short, I wish to uncover the essential cultural mechanism that supports this unique minority group and causes interaction between them and society by this means of writing to demonstrate their true life.
