Based on this, the building in urban communities resolve the contradictions mechanism, on the one hand, be considered from the point of view of the positive role of social capital, community residents should cultivate trust, reduce community risk of contradictions; make good use of group norms, improve the efficiency of the community to resolve conflicts; creating community interactive conditions to guide community residents to participate in moderate. On the other hand, from the point of view of the negative effects of social capital, it should ensure that the information public, the members of the group to understand the details of the contradictions; guide members to form a correct attitude that by means groups leaders of force, in order to break the closed group social capital, enhance the efficiency of the community to resolve conflicts.
