with the popularization and rapid development of the Internet in China, traditionalideological and political education has expanded into the cyber space. College studentnetizen groups have become the pioneer and new forces of the cyber world, but they arealso the important subject of ideological and political education on Internet. Theirthoughts and behavior on the Internet have become a focus of attention from thegovernment, the community and the academic world. As university students, they arebuilder of and successor to the future of China Their spiritual outlook and ideology beara direct relation to the future of the nation, to its reinvigoration as well as to the smoothprocess of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.Humans are the product of environment. They are influenced and edified by theenvironment, and will adjust to and change the environment consciously and on purpose.The Internet not only provides a new domain for the comprehensive development ofcollege students, it is shaping a new network environment for their ideological andpolitical education. Since the Internet is without a center, authority-free, anonymous andvirtual, college students can express their ideas and understandings more faithfully,which can help ideological and political educationists to keep abreast of online opinionspromptly and effectively, and facilitate their work on ideological and political educationat universities. However, some network violence often takes place on the Internet, suchas online assemblage and the so-called “human flesh search”, which breaks moralitiesand laws.As the saying goes “like attracts like”, humans are social and gregarious beingsboth in reality and in the cyber world. The college student netizen group is both theextension of real groups (faculties, classes and Youth Leagues) in the virtual world, andalso acts as a community with common interests and hobbies. The existence anddevelopment of college student netizens should therefore be governed by certain grouprules and bonded by cohesion However,“blind thoughts of groups” can easily lead to“online polarization of groups”, which could be magnified by the Internet like a“butterfly” that can cause a hurricane with a slight flutter of its wings. Therefore, the group of college netizens should be paid serious attention to and their interactionsshould be studied. In this way we can guide and regulate their thoughts and preventlarge-scale Internet group event from happening and causing social unrest andinstability.Based on the above understanding and knowledge, this article divides the basicframework of the study on college student netizen group into six chapters:Chapter1is the introduction about the study background, relevant study review,the theory and significance of studies, and the thread and methodologies of this study.Chapter2discusses the theoretic basis and thoughts about college student netizens.Following the human theory of Marxism, it demonstrates that “real persons” are thetheoretic cornerstone for studies on college student netizen groups and the all-rounddevelopment of human beings is the ultimate goal for the studies. It thoroughly reviewsthe “conception of collective and individual” in the thinking history of China, thedebates about the relationships between individuals and groups in the western thinkinghistory, which will be used as a reference in the studies on groups of college studentnetizens.Chapter3is about the basic category, status and value of college student netizengroup. It elaborates on the connotation, basic characteristics, major types of collegestudent netizen groups, described the college netizen group’s present situation and themain features of online activity, inspected the college netizen group value.Chapter4describes the formation and development of college netizen group. Itbegins with the trajectory, characteristics of the college netizen group formation anddevelopment, and then demonstrates the college netizen group formation anddevelopment of the internal and external reasons, finally sum up university civiliangroup formation and development of basic mechanism.Chapter5analyzes the network of interacting fields and contradiction of collegenetizen group. It points out that online interaction is the necessary conditions for thesustained development of the group of college student netizens. It expounds upon theconnotation, components and the main modes of the college netizen group networkinteraction, through follow-up study, questionnaire and other empirical methodssummarizes existing problems relating to the interaction among groups of collegestudents. Chapter6is about the guidance and regulation of college student netizen. Itdemonstrates the necessity and possibility for guidance of college student netizen andthe subject of guidance and regulation, and introduces the basic ideas, principles,contents, methods and strategies for the guidance. It also summarizes the basic methodsby which to control the group of college student netizens.From the above research framework we can see that Chapter1is the beginning ofthe article; Chapter2is the basis and starting point for research; Chapter3is the majorcontent of this study and the key to whether the subject matter of this article can standtest. Chapter4is the crux of the article and also a further extension of the topic; Chapter5is an empirical study based on the theoretic analysis as discussed in Chapter3andChapter4. It reveals the contradictions and problems with the group of college studentnetizens, and is a natural continuation of preceding chapters, foreshadowing the mainpoints in Chapter6, which is the foothold of this research. In a word, this articlediscusses the subject matter progressively from theory to practice, from the abstract tothe concrete, from the outwards to the inward, and from the surface to the interiors. Itgives a detailed demonstration of the connotation and denotation, the functions andvalues, the formation and development, and the current situation and problems ofcollege student netizen group. In the end, these facts are recaptured and generalized, andrelevant methods and strategies for the guidance and regulation of this group arepresented.
