Since the reform and opening up,the state has attached great importance to the development and in-depth development of national fitness in the lives of the masses.In2020,the "National Fitness Plan(2021-2025)" and the "Opinions on Building a Higher Level of National Fitness Public Service System" were promulgated in order to better promote national health, better protect the public’s health rights and interests, and improve the level of public health. With the help of the government and relevant institutions,to build a sound public sports service system, social sports organizations should actively participate in public health activities in accordance with national sports laws and regulations, and play their role of supervision, guidance and management,so as to effectively promote the healthy development of the public. The study of the operation mode of sports organizations has profound practical significance for the further development of sports organizations and the promotion of health science for mass sports in China,in view of this, this study selects Henan Wushu Association as the survey object for in-depth discussion.Taking the Henan Wushu Association as an example, this study uses the literature method, observation method, interview method, case study method and other methods to collect empirical data to study the organization and operation of sports organizations. At present, there are a large number of studies on the survival and development of sports organizations, but most of them discuss the impact of the development of the organization from a certain factor, often ignoring the interaction between the organization and the environment, and lacking a comprehensive analysis of the dynamic operation process of sports organizations.China’s research and application of open system theory has expanded from the field of physics to the field of sociology, and there is a relatively complete theoretical basis, and if sports organizations want to maintain normal operation, they must be a benign and open system. Therefore, this study attempts to take the "input, output, and feedback" of open system theory as the analysis perspective, and the overall operation of sports organizations as the analysis framework, investigate the interaction process between the organization and the environment in the operation process and the results generated after the influence, and explore whether the survey subjects of this study are in line with the operation mode of open system, aiming to sort out the unique experience of the association’s organization in the operation process. The growth and development of an organization, relying on the help of the organizational environment at that time and the needs of the society and established, plays the role of a third-party service platform in the society, has the characteristics of openness and inclusiveness, and over time, gradually improves its own internal construction and strengthens the organizational team.It is mainly manifested in three links,First, the operation of sports organizations cannot be separated from the influence of the organizational environment, obtain corresponding development resources from the government and society, and strive for logistical support and correct direction guidance for themselves.Second, according to its openness, sports organizations are constantly affected by the external environment and through the input of multiple resources, which also has a certain impact on the organizational environment, that is,the output process in the open system model.Third, the results generated by the interaction between the organization and the organizational environment in the open operation of the organization are fed back to all social subjects, and their service effects are tested to achieve a win-win situation for multiple subjects.Based on the above empirical investigation of the actual organization and operation of Henan Wushu Association,it is found that Henan Wushu Association has its own unique set of organizational operation mode since its establishment, which has always maintained an open state, which is in line with the three links of the open system model "input-output-feedback",which provides case reference for the development and operation of other group organizations. |
