With the advance of information technology in education, we found that information technology has not brought us imagined significantly improvement in the quality of teaching. However, it comes with lots of problems:unclear goal, inappropriate method, the mismatching of input and output. What's more, existing study are all round the primary education and mid-school education. Researches on information technology in higher education are really rare, particularly on university's management curriculums.Based on these real confusions and the lack of theoretical studies, this paper presents a conceptual model about the impact factors of the use of information technology in the univeristy's management curriculums. This paper aims to promote the use of information technology in the college management courses so as to improve the quality of teaching. The model discusses the impact fators of behavior intention and the relationship between them. This model is mainly based on learning theory, motivation theory, theory of reasoned action, technology acceptance model and user satisfaction theory. It uses attitude, subjective norm & perceived behavioral control as the main effect variables. On the basis of the existing literature, this paper proposed a scale in the background of university's management courses. In addition, this paper carried out an empirical study by face to face interviews and questionnaires. Face to face interviews collected first-hand information on the status of information technology in university's management courses. At last we collected 293 valid questionnaires to support our empirical research on the theoretical model. First this paper uses exploratory factor analysis to measure the reliability and validity of questionnaire. The result shows that the scale has high internal consistency, convergent and discriminant validity, indicating that the construction of efficient scale.Second, we use structure equation model to valid the aspect model. The fit index esof the model show good validity. The result shows that attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control can significantly affect student's behavirol intention. Thirteen assumed relationship has been approved. However, teachers'impact and the faciliting condition's impact are not significant. Finally, this paper explained the result of the model and gives some suggestions on teaching in university's management curriculums.Contributions of this paper summarized as follows:(1) This paper expands the existing information technology evaluation model. This paper conbines two aspects:the use of information systems and user satisfaction of information systems, and includes them in the impact factors model. This paper takes the use of information technology as the evaluation standard, and discusses the impact factors of behavior intention.(2) This paper designs the scale which is used in the scene of learning.Existing scales are used for the evaluation of information technology in the enterprises. Based on the former study, this paper disigns a suitable scale for learning environment and has it tested.
