In the era of knowledge economy, science and technology are the primary productivity force, and the process of its achievements transforming to productivity has become the main driver of economic development and social progress. And the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is a huge and complex social system engineering, involving many bodies. Among them, universities as the main developer of scientific and technological achievements play a vital role in the transformation. And every year the result of our country completing transformation of scientific and technological achievements of universities into productivity is only 15% to 20%, which is far below the level of 60%-80% in developed countries. So this paper bases on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of universities to explore the factors influencing the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.This paper designs the scales of transformation of scientific and technological achievements of universities and its factors by drawing from existing literatures, and uses exploratory factor analysis method to screen and classify indexs. After analysis the transformation effect is divided into economic benefits and social benefits, and the factors are divided into scientific research funds, scientific research personnel, technology market environment and technological policy. And on this basis, this paper puts forward the concept model of transformation of scientific and technological achievements of universities and related assumptions. Through the study on the sample data, this paper finds that in the University of 211 Project, scientific research personnel,scientific research funds and technology market environment have significant positive influence on the process of implementing the economic benefits, and scientific research funds, technology market environment and scientific research personnel are the main factors on the process of implementing the social benefits; in Non-University of 211 Project, scientific research personnel,market environment and technological policy have significant positive influence on the process of implementing the economic benefits, and scientific research funds, scientific research personnel and technological policy are the main factors on the process of implementing social benefits. Finally, according to the results of the study, this paper puts forward the related countermeasures for University of 211 Project and Non-University of 211 Project.In this paper, the innovation points include the following two points:1. This paper mainly adopts on quantitative research methods.Upon completion of designing the index system of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and its influencing factors, this paper extends questionnaires and collects data to explores the factors influencing the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. After the samples pass the reliability test and validity test, this paper uses structural equation model to verify the path of transformation of scientific and technological achievements and its influencing factors.2. Through classifying universities, this study trys to explore the difference influence factors path of transformation of science and technology achievements in University of 211 Project and Non-University of 211 Project. By analyzing the different transformation path, this study offers different countermeasures for two types of the university in the process of promoting science and technology achievements transformation. |
