The Research On The Development Mode And The Operating Mechanism Of The Integrated Innovation In The Preparation For The Olympic Games

Integrated innovation has strong advantages and practicability in modern society with rapid development of science and technology as a form of independent innovation, and it has achieved abundant results in the field of economics and management. It plays an important role in practice in the Preparation for Olympic Games. However, in the field of competitive sports, there is no systematic and rounded analysis about it, so it is still in a divided and scattered state. This thesis has carried on the systematic analysis about integrated innovation theory in the Preparation for Olympic Games and operational mechanism by using literature research, cases analysis, scientific abstract, expert inquiry and interview, and then gets the following main conclusions:1. The constituent elements of the integrated innovation preparing for the Olympic Games mainly includes three types:First, the main body element which is divided into individual behavior and all kinds of organizations; Second, intermediary elements which can be divided into material and spirit mediation; Third, the object elements which can be divided into physical form and spiritual form object.2. By analyzing the correlation way of elements in integrated innovation system in the preparation for Olympic Games, this thesis considers that there are three basic structures "stratiform", "starlike" and "net" about it. The integration of correlative mechanism in different layers about integrated innovation on Olympic preparation formed three types of hierarchy, such as strategic integration level, organization structure integration and elements.3. In the concrete practice of Olympic preparation, it mainly includes three types of integrated innovation modes, such as "independently integrated innovation model that main body of innovation based on the demand for Olympic preparation", "integrated innovation mode that main body of innovation based on multi-field cooperation" and "large-scale projects integrated innovation that started by the General Administration of Sports"4. This thesis considers the operating mechanism of the integrated innovation on Olympic preparation as which with the help of the double drive of and process, under the combined action of the sharing mechanism, risk management, profit distribution and incentive mechanism of integrated innovation of Olympic preparation, the innovation subjects perform selecting work according to the specific integrated innovation goals and perform multi-direction, multi-level and multi-faceted integrating work according to the actual needs of innovation to stimulate the whole function of innovation system and then generates an innovative product which can meet the subjective tendency of innovative subject and has the practical value.
