Objectives:The research, based on physical inactive adults’characteristics of health-related physical fitness from 20 to 59 years, was designed to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of health related of physical fitness, to establish the evaluation index system, and to develop a comprehensive evaluation standard.Methods:Through literature review and theoretical analysis to determine the index system of physical inactive adults’ health-related physical fitness from 20 to 59 years and comprehensive evaluation of the constituent elements. International physical activity questionnaire (long) was used to filter subjects of physical inactivity. The method of factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process was used to filter evaluation index and weights. Finally, we calculated standard scores throuth comprehensive evaluation weighted arithmetic average. According to the idea of the scale score and risk factors affect health-related physical fitness and judgments of certain chronic diseases, we used three grade evaluation to establish four sets (20 to 39 year-old male, female; 40 to 59 year-old male, female) of comprehensive evaluation standard.Results:(1) Physical inactive adults numbered 493 from 20 to 59 years of age, were tested primary screening indicators index system for multi-factor analysis of variance found indicators of the presence of the main effects of primaries gender and age, so physical inactive adults of health-related physical fitness comprehensive evaluation index system is divided into four sets of indicators system.(2) Using factor analysis and multiple linear regression equation, determine evaluation index and weights of 20 to 39 and 40 to 59 year-old male; KMO(Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) values are 0.687 and 0.688; X2 values of Bartlett chi-square test are 471.485 and 324.738, df are 66 and 55, Sig is 0.000. Using factor analysis and multiple regression equation, determine evaluation index and weights of 20 to 39 and 40 to 59 year-old female; KMO(Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) values are 0.621 and 0.519; X2 values of Bartlett chi-square test are 191.264 and 168.147, df is 36, Sig is 0.000.(3) Use of factor analysis, analytic hierarchy process and theoretical analysis, determine three categories of evaluation index and weights, respectively, body composition(0.26), cardiorespiratory fitness (0.42) and muscular strength and endurance(0.32).(4) Physical inactive adults’ comprehensive evaluation standard is analied by ANOVA ANOVA analysis showed that three grades extremely significant difference(SIG=0.000). Health-related physical fitness of score (overall evaluation score) as the dependent variable, health risks or disease groups as independent variables, ANOVA results have validity, and the average score for each level trends unidirectional.Conclusions:Determine the elements of physical inactive adults’ health-related physical fitness.The establishment of 20 to 59 years 4 sets comprehensive valuation System System of physical inactive adults’ health-related physical fitness.Formulate 20 to 59 years 4 sets comprehensive evaluation standard of physical inactive adults’ health-related physical fitness.
