Objective:To investigate simplified Taijiquan Shaanxi Provincial Tourism School student health effects of health-releted physical fitness.Methods:The study Shaanxi Provincial Tourism School students,randomly selected100,and the males and females each have half,age15-18years old,no system of exercise,no history of metabolic diseases and related sports contraindications.To control the experimental object,not the experimental period in other sports project,to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test.signed informed consent before the experiment book,and get the Ethics Committee of Xi’an Jiaotong University authorization; intervention programs for100subjects for a period of16weeks simplified Taijiquan training twice a week,every90minutes of moderate intensity,coaches are made to obtain a professional martial arts class consisting of young teachers, in strict accordance with the requirements during the training intensity and time control,in accordance with the teaching of students before and after the experiment progress and content of attendance, absence rate does not exceed5%;before and after the experiment to test the students’ height (m),weight (kg),sit and Reach (cm),grip strength (kg),sit-ups(times/min),standing squat(times/min),M:1600m(s),female:1200m(s).Results:The16-week post-simplified Taijiquan practice,male and female students flexibility and improved cardiorespiratory fitness,body composition was no significant improvement in grip strength outside the rest of the boys except for power quality have been enhanced to improve the overall strength of the girls.Conclusion:The cycle of movement monitoring can not participate in other sports,In case there is no dietary restrictions,simplified Taijiquan exercise can improve student cardiopulmonary function, power quality,thereby improving student health fitness,but no significant effect on body composition.
