under the background of large system education and short teaching time for PE class in university, students prefer three ball (basketball, football and volleyball) movement to the physical education. The study on situational interest as the starting point of analysis and research, discusses how to increase students’academic emotional experience and cultivate the students’individual interest. Learning theory based on pedagogy, sports science, anthropology and other multi-disciplinary theory to build big three class situation interest in philosophy. From the student to the big three preferences situation path dependence, content of teaching situation, mining in the classroom lead to three big ball situation stimulus variable, the elements of interest in practice to three big ball creation interest in optimization of class situation, and for the big three class how to stimulate students’interest and participation of endogenous power provide specific gripper and reference.The conclusions of the research are as follows:1. Interested in optimizing the core concept of class situation, three big ball create and construct interest situation elements of the project with the student interest fusion, practice on task difficulty and students’ability to match the situation.2. the students have different preference behavior situation depend on three big ball. The students rely on macro situation of preference behavior is boring and its uncertainty, the collective ritual emotional energy to share. Basketball classroom effective teaching to construct, the scramble for the ball against the situation, with the situation, the situation of students shot and cast phoresy combination of complex situation is conducive to maximize learning;Volleyball teaching should be combined with competition situation, combining with the practice and can catch the ball, playing the past as the goal. Equipment soft volleyball in the classroom teaching should change as far as possible match the individual characteristics, learning ability;Soccer program classroom teaching must advance around hustling and shot.(4) on the big three classroom teaching case in the case and confirmed the effectiveness of the situational interest teaching. The class situation interest teaching cases support the validity of the big three classroom teaching. Big three situational interest teaching practice empirical shows that constitute the pleasure of sports situational interest dimensions, attention, challenging relevance to the big three class situation interest is very high.
