Since the reform and opening up, with China’s rapid development of social economy, people’s living standards continuously raise and the residents’ consumption structure upgrade further, for the development of sports to create good social conditions. The function of sports entertainment and fitness make the people’s increasing demand for sports. Sports has become an important part of the People’s Daily life, but now the development of sports in China is facing relatively insufficient supply of resources and the people’s growing sports demand gap larger principal contradiction. With the Vigorous development of Non-profit organizations in the world, Non-profit organizations develop rapidly in our country. Basketball because of its simple, full of fun, educational, keeping fit is popular with the masses. Basketball as one of the big three projects in China, its spread, good mass base, known as "China’s first sports". Along with the development of our country basketball extensively, the government’s supply of basketball can’t satisfy the public demanding for deep basketball, then the folk spontaneous amateur basketball organizations develop. The population of basketball rising sharply in recent years in our country, and the folk spontaneous mass basketball tournament held in full swing, and spontaneous amateur basketball organization presents the scale and standardization, especially the emergence of private amateur basketball league, their influence is very wide, high level of organization, large scale, to meet the needs of the masses of basketball.Based on amateur basketball league as the research object, this paper selected three each has the representative case. In terms of the case itself, not only shows spontaneous amateur basketball in the organization successful experience, more twists contain many of the explorers to create process and existing problems. From the point of the selection of case material, focusing on the representation and authenticity of the two aspects of demands, all cases came from the organization for spontaneous amateur basketball in real examples. The author also conducted field research, and focuses on the spontaneous amateur basketball organization in the practice of facing the problem of generality and individuality, according to the reality spontaneous amateur basketball organization. Combined with theoretical knowledge, the existing problems puts forward the development countermeasures and prospects for its future development are also proposed at present stage.
