A Study On Theory And Method In Intellectualization Of Evaluation

Intelligent comprehensive evaluation theory and method is one of the modern research evaluation theory and decision theory, which involves many inter-disciplines, such as economics, logic, science, management science, computer science, psychology, linguistics, life sciences and philosophy, etc. The modern study on Evaluation is moving towards multi-attribute, multi-agent, dynamic, complication, intellectualization. The intellectualized method of evaluation is used for economic management, industrial engineering management, business decision-making, etc. It has a great value and wide developmental foreground.Nevertheless, the basic and systematic research on intellectualized method of evaluation is very few. There are many researches on evaluation with intellectualized method, while there is little research on methodology of intellectualization of evaluation. In the paper, the basic research on intellectualization of evaluation is discussed, such as "the concept of intellectualization of evaluation","the method of constructing a intellectualized model of evaluation","how to introduce intellectualized method into comprehensive evaluation model", etc. These studies are conducive to the design, improvement and application of intellectualized model of evaluation. Some of comprehensive evaluation model are improved in a way of intellectualization. All of these studies are helpful in the research and development of intellectualization of evaluation.This paper’s researching is as follows:Firstly, the question of how to evaluate object rationally based on phenomenon of evaluation in the real word is proposed. Then, the construction principle and procedure of intellectualized model of evaluation are analyzed by theory analysis method and model analysis method. Finally, a case study illustrates the significance of this evaluation model. The research on theory and method in intellectualization of evaluation is divided into four parts, viewed from the comprehensive evaluation:The first part is the essential methodology, which reflects the common methodology of intelligent evaluation process. The basic methodology and concepts of intellectualization of evaluation be discussed in this part; The principles and methods are discussed in second part. In this part, the related theories and models are illustrated. The third part is the application of methods. Some of comprehensive evaluation models are improved by adding the rules to the operations of intellectualization. The fourth part is case study. The significance and applicability of models are proved through case analysis in the part.Main content is divided into six chapters in the paper, as following:The first chapter is the introduction. The comprehensive evaluation methods, research background and paper’s researching significance have been described in the chapter. Then it describes the main idea and main contents of this paper. The research framework and chapters are shown in the paper. Then research methods and technical route are summarized in the paper. Finally, the main innovations and shortcomings are described.The second chapter is about a summary of theories and methods in intellectualization evaluation and research status. This chapter reviews the important theories and methods in intellectualization evaluation. The relevant basic principles and models are defined and analyzed.Then the issues of fundamental studies on intellectualization of evaluation are discussed. Finally, the applications of intellectualized models of evaluation are summarized.The third chapter is about the study on intellectualization of combination evaluation. A combination evaluation methods based on integration principle and group evaluation principle are proposed in views of Intelligent. A intelligent combination weighting method, a intelligent combination method based on evaluation value and a intelligent combination method based on evaluation order are proposed in this chapter. The basic factors in group evaluation include evaluation program, evaluation criteria and evaluation results. The main research content in this chapter includes group evaluation with intelligent consultative approach, intelligent expert weight adjustment method, combinationally approach of ANN-AHP.The forth chapter is about group evaluation. The group evaluation involves many subjects, such as mathematics, economics, management science, etc. The basic factors in group evaluation include evaluation program, evaluation criteria and evaluation results. The main research content in this chapter includes group evaluation with intelligent consultative approach, intelligent expert weight adjustment method, combinationally approach of ANN-AHP.The forth chapter is about intelligent method to improving the consistency of a judgement matrix. A method to test the un-consistency of a judgement matrix and to extract information from un-consistency of a judgement matrix is discussed in this chapter. In this paper in order to correct the consistency of judgement matrix in AHP locationally, a new method, named AGA-LCAHP, is proposed to check the consistency of judgement matrix and compute rank weights at the same time by using accelerating genetic algorithm. To avoid subjective assume, this method corrects the consistency of judgement matrix based on un-consistency of a judgement matrix and extracts information from judgement matrix with optimization of consistency index.The fifth chapter is about case study. In this chapter, the rural residents’ satisfaction is analyzed from the "customer satisfaction" aspects in Yanqing, Beijing, China. To evaluate rural residents’ satisfaction, similarity interpolation method based on Shepard, intelligent expert judgement matrix adjustment method, intellectualized models of evaluation based on ANN.The results of theoretical analysis and case study show that the new method is visual, practical, stability and high precision, and that it possesses important theoretical meaning and broad application value in comprehensive evaluation.The sixth chapter is about the conclusion and outlook. The chapter summarizes the results of the study and gets a perspective of future research.The main Innovations in the dissertation are as follows:A new research perspective is proposed. The intellectualization theory is integrated with comprehensive evaluation theory from a intellectualization viewpoint. Subjective and objective weights selection, combination evaluation, group evaluation, selection and detection of models are discussed from a intellectualization viewpoint based on application research of intelligent methods in the comprehensive evaluation.A new concept perspective is proposed. The concept of intellectualization of evaluation from a comprehensive evaluation viewpoint based on intellectualization theory and comprehensive evaluation theory is proposed. The concept illustrates the research content of intellectualization of evaluation.New methods are proposed. Some existing evaluation methods are improved from perspective of intelligent. These methods include intelligent method of combination evaluation, intelligent method of group evaluation and intelligent method to improving the consistency of a judgement matrix.
