Often exist in the current experimental evaluation one-sided evaluation content, evaluation too much emphasis on the written examination, the written content of evaluation is often ignored; Evaluation too much emphasis on pageant and screening function, neglect the evaluation of comprehensive ability; Evaluation too pay attention to the results, to ignore the efforts and progress of evaluation, evaluators to ignore the evaluation process; Basic evaluation objects in a passive status, self-esteem, self-confidence is not well protected. In view of this, developmental evaluation is the evaluation to the existing problems and how to better solve these problems, and put forward. Compared with the traditional evaluation, evaluation emphasizes the evaluation of the promoting function of, in the process of the development of things, all sorts of function of teaching evaluation, a variety of scientific evaluation method of comprehensive utilization, inspire and promote the evaluation problems found in, to improve the improvement, to improve himself, eventually get development, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, to improve the all-round development of students’ comprehensive ability.Evaluation reflects the value orientation of the all-round development of students, emphasizing students to development as the ultimate goal. The development of students’comprehensive quality is a comprehensive evaluation, should not only focus on the student’s test scores, pay more attention to the students’innovation ability and practice ability, and whether the students have good psychological quality, strong interest in learning, healthy body, positive emotions, a preliminary understanding of innovation, knowledge and science and the humanities accomplishment to consciousness, environmental protection, etc. It is based on a new course standard, pay attention to students’ learning process and method, emotional attitude of comprehensive evaluation through multiple channels.This research mainly adopts review method, case analysis method, the integrated use of quasi-experimental design method and questionnaire method. Select this school two parallel class as control, guides the student to implement developmental evaluation, inspects the student to the physical experimental skill operation method and experimental elements in the understanding degree, reasonable choice experiment method, using the reasonable degree of the physics experiment skill and proficiency, and in the process of the concrete experiment research results obtained in the actual value. Through study the following conclusions: 1. To form a reasonable effective, each student positive expectations. According to the specific circumstances of each student teacher determines the " the zone of proximal development", causes the student to clear their goals. The target both challenges, also cannot too difficult, lest make students lose confidence.2. Teachers in daily teaching, the evaluation of students’ expectations and the expression of incentives to the student, is through various channels. If a student is unable to correctly answer this question, the teacher encouraged eyes; When students make mistakes, the teacher send you warm words; When students are in progress, the teacher said sincere congratulations; When students meet with difficulties, strong teacher give help.3. The teacher in the evaluation to give the weak students more incentive. Of underachievement students, isolated and rejected students, students with fault, there are shortcomings of students, and teachers opinions of students, teachers should learn more about their needs and difficulties, give them more support and encouragement, and make them feel hope and confidence.In short, the implementation of developmental evaluation, the teacher to student’s expectation encouragement and communication between the two sides will understand to create a positive atmosphere for evaluation. Students because of the effectiveness of the evaluation to promote students’development will greatly improve.
