Comprehensive evaluation has been used since 2004,as the lever of quality education,guiding "exam-oriented education" to "quality education".Over the years,it has been faced with specific theoretical difficulties and corresponding practical problems.With the development of the core literacy system,the policy thinking of curriculum reform and examination evaluation reform has been deepened,which provides a new way to solve the dilemma of comprehensive evaluation.At the national education congress in2018,general secretary xi jinping once again systematically summarized the training objectives of China's education,pointing out that "the primary problem of education is to train people,and we must take it as our fundamental task to train people who are morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and labor to develop socialist builders and successors in an all-round way." Taking this as an opportunity,this paper tries to build a new comprehensive evaluation standard system based on the current comprehensive evaluation standard.This study takes S university of Shanghai as the research carrier,and in order to link up with the comprehensive quality evaluation system of primary and secondary schools,the author evaluates the educational quality of undergraduates from the two modules of "academic achievement" and "comprehensive quality".This not only provides the direction for the improvement of the undergraduate comprehensive assessment,but also facilitates the connection of the comprehensive assessment of each section,so that it can be applied in a wider range.The reason why S university of Shanghai is chosen as the research object is that S university of Shanghai,as a teacher-training institution,should play a leading role in student management.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to be a case study object,and the evaluation of students in other schools can provide relevant experience.In this paper,literature research,questionnaire survey,interview survey and case study are used to study the developmental objective evaluation model.Firstly,the literature related to the comprehensive assessment was sorted out and integrated.At the same time,the basic situation of the comprehensive assessment of undergraduate students in S university of Shanghai was understood through interviews,so as to form five bases for the compilation of the comprehensive assessment standards for undergraduatestudents,and then the preliminary indicators of the comprehensive assessment for undergraduate students were proposed.Then,questionnaires were issued to teachers and undergraduates for consultation.After theoretical demonstration,expert evaluation,experimental revision and other procedures,the initial indicators were revised continuously,the weight of indicators was calculated,and the indicator system suitable for undergraduate comprehensive evaluation was established.Then the evaluation standard is compiled,and the content of the evaluation level is established by the methods of formulation,demonstration,consultation and trial.Finally,SPSS22.0 analysis software and practical application were used to test the quality of the comprehensive evaluation standards.
