There are three colleges are selected as the research objects in Henan Province, that is, Luoyang Normal University, Anyang Normal University and Jiaozuo Normal College. Through study of those cases, the whole area of traditional cultural resources and situation are researched, which help take research capabilities into consideration in promoting local traditional culture. As we carry forward the analysis and evaluation of its strategy, the path and effectiveness predicament provides the basic reference.
