Study Of School Music Education In Local Cultural Perspective

School education is an important field of cultural heritage, cultural music education as an important part of the system, also plays an important role in school education. Especially those that embodies aspects of life of local people, customs and emotional values of the local music culture, should be the essence of school music education. But with urbanization, modernization, traditional local music culture has been unprecedented impact. Western "science of music teaching system" is regarded as a classic, and those traditional local music culture is difficult to enter the so-called "formal education", it therefore being constantly marginalized. Based on this reality, I chose Wulanchabu region has a rich ethnic and local cultural characteristics, on the part of Primary and Secondary Music Education conducted field visits. From a practical aim of the investigation to analyze the root causes of the region’s primary and middle schools music education problems and the problem, propose solutions and strategies from different angles, in order to contribute modest home of traditional culture heritage.This paper is divided into five parts. Introduction:This paper introduces the basis of the research status of research papers, research objectives and methods and so on. The first chapter focuses on Wulanchabu local culture, with a focus on local music culture. The second chapter introduces the primary and secondary education Wulanchabu situation. The third chapter on the state of music education survey Wulanchabu region are described and analyzed, Including:schools; students’ musical culture cognition; the basic situation of music teachers; classroom teaching and so on. Chapter Ⅳ Consideration of local music are cultural issues that exist in Wulanchabu region of Primary and Secondary Music Education and Countermeasures.
