The new urbanization construction opened a new chapter of the process of our modernization drive. The aim of the new urbanization construction is to readjust the pattern and configuration of resources and interests, to pay attention to play a role of the government’s leading and specification, to emphasize the urbanization construction concept of "people-oriented" and to pay attention to the harmonious development of man’s modernization and social modernization. Landless farmers are steeped to the lip in the dilemma of survival, livelihood and the development of material and spirit. They have become the “deep passive marginal people” of social transformation for their rendering behavior anomie and role cognition chaos such as personality crisis, which has driven them become huge obstacles of the new type of urbanization construction. The study aims to put vocational education compensation as a new scheme of land-lost farmer’s compensation, to demonstrate the rationality and urgency of education compensation for land-lost farmers. Besides, the study also aims to illustrate the value embodiment of the land-lost farmer’s vocational education compensation and to build the logic framework of the land-lost farmer’s vocational education compensation, which make land-lost farmers to acquire the capital and ability that survival, development and live together in modern city are needed; which can also gradually alleviate and eliminate personality crisis of the land-lost farmers, make them to own the personality traits of modernity and to transform it from the social development resistance into demographic dividend of social development.Follow the above research purpose, the study adhere to the research paradigm of combining the description analysis and normative analysis, the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Moreover, it integrated use of the literature method, history method, comparative method and investigation method and so on, drawing lessons from the pedagogy, sociology, philosophy, ethics, politics, economics and other related disciplines theory or method. In addition, it in-depth analyzed the uniqueness of the new type of urbanization construction and its position and characterization of human in the process of modernity. Furthermore, the study comprehensive investigated the personality traits and personality crisis performance of the land-lost farmers from historical and realistic state, putting forward the innovative solutions of take vocational education compensation as an important way of land-lost farmers’ compensation, to demonstrate the rationality and suitability of vocational education compensation in the farmers’ survival, development and their social life. Besides, it also clarified the value embodiment and characterization of the land-lost farmers’ vocational education compensation, clearing up the liability subject, implementation way and education content of the land-lost farmers vocational education compensation, trying to explore compensation strategies and plans of the land-lost farmers’ vocational education, and the interactive path of new urbanization construction and the land-lost farmers’ vocational education compensation.The main conclusions of the study are as followed. Firstly, the new type of urbanization have characteristics in that it has the passive way of population agglomeration, emphasizing the industrialized production,making full use of mass media and pay attention to bring into the education value. Its core is the person’s modernity and the main performance is subjectivity, openness, rational, and professional and other personality traits. Secondly, land-lost farmers have differences from traditional farmers and your groups is that they has deep passive marginal and also show the personality crisis of behavior anomie, role cognition chaos, psychological conflict and value conflict difficulties. Thirdly, the land-lost farmers’ vocational education compensation has two dimensions in damage justice and resource allocation justice. It has strong rationality and suitability, mainly through the two ways of capital construction and resource conversion to realize its value. Furthermore, it is one of the important approach and scheme to ease personality crisis of land-lost farmers. Fourthly, the main responsibility of land-lost farmers’ vocational education compensation is mainly composed of three big systems:the government, schools and enterprises and non-governmental organizations. They provide land-lost farmers the professional knowledge and technology, a career path and ethics, and urban operation norms and rules, etc. Fifthly, promoting vocational education credibility, building perfect vocational education compensation framework and promoting vocational education modernity are the important strategies to farmers’ vocational education compensation.
