In recent years,with the rapid economic growth in China,the process of urbanization has been gradually accelerating.Many areas of the city surrounding the original rural areas were incorporated into the urban system.A large number of agricultural lands have been gradually developed into non-agricultural land for building factories and houses.As a result,a large number of landless peasants emerged.They were transferred from villagers to residents,and they were placed in the new communities transformed by Chengzhong Village.However,the urbanization makes landless peasants become a disadvantaged group of lacking culture,funds,and skills,and faces a series of social normative issues such as changing social roles,adapting to urban cultural life,and providing employment for the aged.Landless peasants and the communities they live in have economic,cultural,and service relations.Therefore,community education can help landless peasants to integrate into the new environment as quickly as possible in terms of professional skills,ideological and moral,democratic rule of law,civilized manners,and lifestyle.New life,at the same time,adults are the main body of community members,are the bearers of social responsibility,and are the main bodies of human resources.Therefore,the training of community-based adult education for landless peasants not only satisfies the spiritual needs of landless peasants,but also improves the material of landless peasants.The needs of the parties have ensured the survival and development of the landless peasants.This has special significance for advancing China's urbanization process,maintaining social stability and building a learning society.Based on a survey of landless peasants in eight communities in Wujiaying Township,Kunming City,Yunnan Province,this paper finds that the government of Chenggong District,Kunming City,Yunnan Province has conducted community education for the landless peasants to a certain extent.The landless peasants also have a sense of learning,but there is no perfect combination,which maximizes the effectiveness of adult education in the community.The problems are many,for example,lack of understanding of adult education in the community,lack of education resources in the community,and the passive learning mode of community adult education.The management mechanism for community adult education is not perfect;the education funding for community adult education is weak.On this basis,this paper analyzes the advanced community models at home and abroad,and proposes suggestions from the government level,community level,and the level of landless peasants themselves.It is hoped that the community-based adult education can help the landless peasants to solve the problems encountered in life and work.The difficulties caused the l landless peasants' spiritual and material lives to achieve a double harvest.
