With the development of Chinese higher education, the number of college students is continuously expanding. According to the Ministry of Education Statistics(http://www.moe.gov.cn), in 2014, the number of college graduates is 6593671, and the number of enrollment is 7213987. Among them, the number of graduates of college of finance and economics is 627185, whose proportion is 9.51%. The number of enrollment is 708136, whose proportion is 9.82%. In 2015, the national college graduates will be 7490000, and the number of historical employment and enrollment will reach a new high. College student expanding helps improve the quality of people. At the same time, how to improve the training quality of college students becomes one of widespread concern and practical issues for colleges and universities. Training college students’ comprehensive ability is an important way to enhance the training quality of college students.However, since the scale of expanding enrollment since, according to Mai Ke Si undergraduate college students’ comprehensive ability and employment survey, Since the 2011 session, the college graduates have been declining trend, and graduate employment satisfaction is only 53%. It presents an embarrassment that graduates can not find satisfaction professional positions, and the businesses can not find the right talent. The “2011 Employment Blue Book” of the China’s first case of Higher Education Students’ ability to manage data and consulting professional company Mai Ke Si about the students’ ability of the college of finance and Economics indicates that college students’ comprehensive ability can not meet the actual requirements of the work, the lack of comprehensive ability of college students has become increasingly prominent, and college students’ comprehensive capacity needs to improve. Improving students’ ability contributes to the future of the college students’ comprehensive ability development. Taking colleges of finance and economics as examples and selecting 12 local colleges of finance and economics, this paper evaluates the comprehensive ability of undergraduate college students, and exploratively and innovatively studies the cultivation mode of college students’ comprehensive ability, which has a strong theoretical and practical significance. In addition, in this paper, the reffered college students’ comprehensive ability study means the students’ comprehensive ability study of college of financial and economic.The main contribution of this paper and are as follows:Firstly, this paper constructs architecture system of college students’ comprehensive ability. Based on multi-factor theory, from the multi-level, multi-angle, this paper analyzes and studies indicator system elements of college students’ comprehensive ability. Combined with related definitions of college students’ comprehensive ability and the need of today’s society for the development of personnel training, from teachers’, students’ and social perspective of the students having comprehensive capabilities, this paper consults the relevant experts. According to the established principles of comprehensive capability index system, this paper builds architecture system of college students’ comprehensive ability.Secondly, the paper studies the students’ comprehensive ability. On the basis of building students’ comprehensive system this paper determines comprehensive capacity indicators’(basic quality and basic capabilities, expertise, innovation and practical ability) weights of structural system. Combined with weights of structural system, this paper proposes integrated evaluation method to evaluate the comprehensive ability of college students.Thirdly, the paper studies the students’ comprehensive abilities training modes. In this paper, experimental teaching methods are used to train comprehensive abilities of college students. Based on ability training perspective, this paper design experimental teaching software, uses experimental teaching software to train college students’ comprehensive abilities. Taking experimental teaching software of Financial Accounting Experimental Teaching software as an example, we study its design, implementation and test process function modules to achieve functional interface, and the system design is based on ability of experimental teaching software. This paper designs experimental teaching software based on ability training perspective. Then this paper uses the software to cultivate students’ comprehensive abilities, and uses Probit model to evaluate the performance of college students’ comprehensive ability training model based on experiment teaching software. Considering the entrepreneurial ability is an important aspect of students’ comprehensive abilities, this paper deeply studies the problem that how to training the entrepreneurial ability by virtual experimental teaching methods, constructs the non balanced panel data model, and empirically analyzes the effect of the virtual experiment on the cultivation of college students’ entrepreneurial ability.Finally, this paper presents countermeasures of training comprehensive abilities of college student. For each comprehensive ability indicators of architecture system of college students’ comprehensive ability, this paper proposes the training countermeasures of basic quality and basic capabilities, expertise, innovation and practical ability.The main contributions of this paper are:First, from society, employers and college teachers’ actual requirements on undergraduate talent to establish structural indicators, and from the perspective of universities and social evaluation to explore new structure system of college students’ comprehensive ability, this paper connects the evaluation system for college with social evaluation system. This paper builds a comprehensive ability system of college students from a new perspective, and according to this ability structure system, builds the college students’ comprehensive ability as the main goal of the economic management simulation experimental system of Guizhou University of Fiance and Economics. In 2011, the course began to implement in Guzhou University of Finance and Economics. Now the number of students attending the course has reached more than 17000 people, in Guizhou Province, and the courses have a great impact across the country.Second, on the basis of principal component analysis, combined with the Delphi method, this paper proposes Weighted Principal Component Analysis. This paper uses Weighted Principal Component Analysis and cluster analysis method to propose integrated evaluation method of college students’ comprehensive ability.Third, we propose using experimental teaching methods to cultivate the comprehensive ability of college students. This paper designs experimental teaching system, and in 2012, the system was implemented first in Guizhou University of Finance and Economics. At the time new, we jointly to further integrate the experimental teaching system with UF New Road Technology Company. The achievements have been applied in the University City of Guizhou Province, and get consistent high praise by colleges and universities, government agencies, enterprises and other units. On this basis, we use Probit model to evaluate the performance of college students’ comprehensive ability training model based on experiment teaching software.Forth, against network questionnaire existing missing data problem, this paper combines the expectation maximization(EM) algorithm with the Naive Bayes algorithm(NB), proposes EM-NB algorithm, and use EM-NB algorithm to process the missing data of network investigation.
