The methods of the questionnaire,expert interviews,measurement method, experimental,tracking observation,case studies and mathematical statistics were used in this paper to studied the core competitive ability characteristics of some Chinese top women throwers and the relative training theory as the research object.The core competitive ability elements of top women throwers were analysed,and moreover the training characters of chinese top women throwers were summarized.Following conclusions were obtained:1.Women Throwing events,as a kind of non-cyclical quickly strength events,was to acquire the maximum distance through the various forms of run-up to obtain a certain approach speed and overcome the inner (equipment) resistance during the final forcing stage in a short time.2.In the theory of top women throwers’ core competitive ability,the athletes’ stamina and technical ability was the main training contents, and the research was focused on the training purpose,training load and training organizational patterns.3.The figures of Chinese women top throwers were well-matched to some of international elite athletes;their body function had variable characteristics of "stability","volatility" and "individual diversity",and their physique capabilities had "the diversity of events".4.For the Chinese top women throwers,the approach was of "rotating and horizontal movement",the transition technique was "low,flat,and stabilize",and the final forcing skills of hammer throw were "landing quickly and forcing early";furthmore,"quickly landing" was special for Discus,Javelin and Shot.5.From the SEMG,The MF,MPF of throwers were increased in final phase of throwing,The capacity of fast muscle fibers n increased, the RMS of certain muscle reduced and the power 01 wnoie poay increased.6.For Chinese top women throwers,the main aims of multiple years training were basic technology,special forces and special speed training; the competition skill training,body health,regulation and recovery of stamina were acted as stagical training aims.7.For the Chinese woman top throwing athletes,the basic training period was decreased,and the preparation stage came earlier;the training aim in the preparation stage was to increase the emphasis on the basic physical fitness and the technique on the sports competition;the training aims is "comprehensiveness and diversity".During the competition stage,the stability of the basic and competition teachnique were focused,and the load platform of specifical teachnique was stressed, and the control of competition state was increased.8.For Chinese top women throwers,the minimum intensity was 80%of the maximum training load in the basic technical training stage;the minimum intensity strength was 90%of the maximum training load in the stage of specific technical preparation and competition training,and the effective intensity for throwing events was 93%max.Technical specific training load was based on "minimum intensity",ensured by "average intensity",the "effective intensity" and "maximum intensity" were alternatively arranged.In this way,not only the technical training intensity,but also technical training were effectively accumulated. The throwing events training course organization was "mini-cycle,short rhythm,and high frequency".9.The technical stability was a determined factor for chinese top women throwers in the international competition.
