| As a high-intensity competitive sports without anaerobic energy,wrestling is the basis for completing training and competitions,and it is also the cornerstone of athletes’ physical confrontation in actual combat,and it is also the strength support for athletes to skillfully apply techniques and tactics.The women’s wrestling event has more complex and diverse torso turning and flipping movements due to its technical variations,which has higher requirements for athletes’ special strength,speed strength,core strength,body coordination,flexibility and balance,which requires athletes to need core strength to stabilize the body’s center of gravity in actual combat confrontation to ensure the effective completion of personal offensive and defensive techniques.As we all know,female wrestlers generally stand lower than male wrestlers in actual combat,and their center of gravity is lower,so the requirements for core strength ability are also higher.It can be seen that core strength also plays an important and key role in improving the competitiveness of female wrestlers.In this study,literature review method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method,etc.were used as research methods,and the high-level female wrestlers of the national team were selected as experimental subjects by formulating the experimental plan of core strength training,and divided into experimental group and control group for experiments.The experimental results showed that the athletes in the experimental group who participated in specialized core strength training significantly improved their competitive ability compared with the control group who passed traditional training.In addition,the researchers sent questionnaires to national team athletes,interviewed and recorded with industry experts and coaches to understand the cognition and views of high-level athletes on core strength training,which also laid a certain theoretical foundation for this study,and these results showed that strengthening core strength training plays a positive practical significance in improving the competitive ability of high-level wrestlers,thereby providing a theoretical reference for women’s wrestling physical training in China.Conclusions:(1)Athletes with both traditional strength training and core strength training performed better on core strength indicators than before the experiment.However,in comparison,the effect of core strength training is more prominent,mainly reflected in the athlete’s control of back muscle strength and physical stability.(2)Athletes with core strength training have significantly improved their performance in special strength performance indicators,and core strength training has a positive effect on promoting the core muscle strength of female wrestlers.On the whole,core strength targeted training will improve athletes’ special strength,movement completion,physical stability and reduce the probability of sports injuries.(3)Compared with before the experiment,the athletes in core strength training had significantly improved their performance indicators,and core strength training could effectively improve the competitive ability of female wrestlers.After comparing with traditional strength training,it was found that although core strength training can effectively improve the specific ability of female athletes in the short term,traditional strength training also has good results in some indicators. |
