The plateau training period is the most important energy storage stage,and it is also an important period for technical improvement and perfection.The quality of plateau training determines the athletes' competitive state in the coming year.In recent years,Tianjin road bicycle has been innovating in the training during altitude training,adopting some new methods and means,which have greatly improved the athletes' competitive level.This research USES the literature material,expert interview method,tracking observation method,mathematical statistics and so on to complete the paper,through to the Tianjin road cycling team main force player training for 18 weeks plateau were analyzed,and the understanding of athletes training arrangement,the special load,the change of the monitoring indicators,analyzing the characteristics of the plateau training methods and means,to explore the athletes during altitude training and training load the rationality of structure arrangement,understand athletes body function condition and the relationship between the training load structure.To improve the content of China's bicycle training system.The following conclusions are drawn through the study:(1)the plateau training arrangement of Tianjin road cycling team is mainly characterized by the synchronization of skills and physical ability,the flexibility of training plan,the specialization of preparation activities,the specialization of strength training,the emphasis on the training of fine technical movements and the cultivation of tactical execution ability.(2)from the point of view of specific cycling load,the first stage of low-intensity and sub-medium-intensity training load is the most,this stage is mainly aerobic training,through low-intensity training load to improve the athletes' blood oxidation flow and mitochondrial aerobic energy supply capacity,laying the foundation for the second stage of high-intensity training.A small number of sub-intensive training sessions will be arranged.The characteristics of load intensity at this stage can be summarized as the characteristics of load intensity showing a "polarization" trend.(3)in the second stage,the training load of secondary medium intensity and medium intensity is the largest.In this stage,the athletes' competitive intensity is mainly improved.Based on the good foundation of the first stage,the rapid transformation of competitive ability is realized.Lay the foundation for the pre-competition training after the plateau.Through intensive training sessions to accelerate the adaptation of leg muscles,the ability to quickly mobilize fast muscle fibers.The training at this stage still highlights the traditional training mode of lactate threshold,and the athletes' maximum aerobic capacity can be improved by the training of lactate threshold intensity.(4)according to the monitoring indicators,the first stage of Hb shows a trend from low to high and then gradually decreases,while the second stage shows a trend of first stable and then decreasing and then increasing.In the first stage of this study,there were two peaks in CK changes of athletes,respectively in week 3 and week 8,which basically increased with the strengthening of load intensity.The CK value in the second stage was significantly higher than that in the first stage,and there was a peak.The results of heart rate monitoring index analysis show that heart rate can be used for load intensity monitoring during altitude training.
