The concept of individualized instruction has a long history,and with the development of the times,new technologies provide better technical support for individualized instruction.In individualized instruction,teaching and learning complement each other,individualized learning needs individualized instruction to guide,idealized individualized instruction is one-to-one teaching between teachers and students,and teachers design corresponding teaching for students aiming at students' learning situation and students' differences,so as to help students carry out individualized development.However,due to national conditions and technical constraints,this kind of personalized learning is still in the distant stage,how to achieve the maximum degree of individualized learning in the case of collective teaching,this paper will advance from the following four aspects:1.Explore the connotation of individualized instruction through literature research,introduce other theories closely related to it,as well as the educational value of individualized instruction and the necessity of implementing it in the information technology classroom of junior high school.2.The design of individualized instruction method of junior high school information technology course,on the basis of literature analysis,based on constructivism learning theory,humanism education theory,multi-intelligence theory,combined with the characteristics of junior high school information technology course,the goal is to promote the individualized development of students.3.The practice of individualized instruction design of information technology course in junior high school,the third chapter is individual The method of teaching design was used to test the effect in practice.4.The practical effect analysis of individualized instruction design in junior high school information technology course,through questionnaire survey,student interview,classroom observation and case study,this paper analyzes whether the individualized teaching design of junior high school information technology course designed in thispaper is reasonable and effective.Through practice and analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions:The individualized instruction design of information technology course in junior middle school has a positive effect on the individual learning elements such as improving students' learning enthusiasm,learning reflection,learning persistence and learning cooperation.To a certain extent,it improves the students' autonomous learning ability and achieves individualized development.In the process of applying individualized instruction method,students are easily influenced by other external factors,which leads to the deviation of learning attention,thus affecting the implementation effect of individualized instruction in the information technology classroom of junior high school.
