| The main research methods in this paper include literature material method, expert interviews method, logical analysis method, historical research method. The research object is China sports international development strategy. This research is based on the review of the current situation, it also divides the historical evolution of China sports international development strategy based on the changes in China’s national interests and national and international situation and in foreign strategies from the two sides. The historical evolution of China sports international development strategy includes "Lean to one side" period (1949-1960); "Two fists beat" period (1961-1970);" Two different linesandone line in large one area" period (1971-1979); "Independent and non-aligned" period (1980-1988); "Keeping a low profile, do something" period (1989-2002); "Peaceful development" period (2003-present), that is so-called "new era" in this study. On this basis, the research is carried out on China sports international development strategy and summed up to obtain the historical achievements, experiences and lessons before as follows:History of achievements:coordinating China’s foreign strategy, safeguarding the national interest; setting up a platform of China’s widening diplomatic channels and strengthening ties with the peoples of the world; improving China’s international status and prestige; defending the national sovereignty, effectively safeguarding the unity of the motherland; improving the level of competition in China and China’s influence in international sports organizations.Experience and lessons:Sport international development needs to provide service in maintaining and achieving the national interests, but should pays attention to the problem of levels;formulation of sport international development strategies should avoid the interference of ideological and political ideas; one prerequisite for scientific judging is the international situation, we should adjust our strategies based on the changing international situation timely and flexibly, and know how to seize strategic opportunities; actively develop sports exchangesbetween the Third World; fully use the flexibility and advantages of Sport, to provide services for achieving the great rejuvenation of the nation and China’s peaceful rising; Continue to play an important role in sports’ foreign aid.This research is based on summing up the historical achievements and lessons before, combine with the national strategic goals in China’s peaceful rising and the great renaissance, locate in strategic aim in the new era aboutChina Sports International Development Strategy objectives, that is to enhance the international influence of Chinese sports, and physical powers and obtain international status commensurate, which is based on the changes in China’s international role and the construction of sports power. The research also studies the feasibility of new aim in China sports international development, the achievement of strategic aims is ensured with the enhancement of comprehensive national strength, reorganizations the concept of a harmonious world, the improvement of China’s international status, road of peaceful development, reform and opening up, increasing in China’s Sports position in the international sports. It also propose the protection measures to achieve the aims of the strategy:Strengthen external sports and cultural exchanges and create a favorable international environment; commit the international obligations and construct the sports soft power; access to international resources, construct the powerful sports nation; eliminate the International sports social problem; build a harmonious world.Finally the author gives a summary on the article, and makes suggestions on the implementation of the international development strategy of China sports. |
