Because the value is dynamic factors of human activity, human beings do not engage in those things without any value, in particular, the more clearly the awareness of the value of its own activities is, the greater the driving force forward is, human beings "Will to Value" marks all activities with a "value" brand. A prerequisite of studying school Wushu education is to ascertain the value of Wushu education, which is the issue of both theoretical understanding and practice experience. In view of this, this study on the value of contemporary Wushu education make a vertical and horizontal investigation, analysis and interpretation, aiming to find the reform path of Wushu curriculum content which is fit in the practice of school education.In different historical stages of social development, people’s awareness of the value of school Wushu education is also different, such as modern and contemporary value chase is the comprehensive development or people’s modernization, while Wushu, as a carrier of Chinese sports culture, of which appearance and spirit are not cultivated but developed scientifically from the material properties, character are not promoted but virtue are initiated from spiritual attributes, the target of harmonious and unified value which is intuition cutting into and rationality commanding, peaceful tranquil and passionate is realized ultimately, form a distinctive, complementary cultural patterns with Western sports culture of yearning for higher, faster, stronger.The value of school Wushu education reflect the demands of people’s school Wushu education, which is decided by the human’s nature attribute, mental attribute and social attribute, especially in school in the current social transition, most of students’physical and mental health is worrying, communication ability is low, the pursuit of the spirit is vulgar, therefore it is urgent to call the school to be a comprehensive quality education, which also includes Wushu education which is committed to the harmonious development of physical and mental to lay the foundation for the content of meeting the practical needs of students, releasing Wushu education functions and achieving the value of Wushu education, to make the students achieve full development in the practice of the individual socialization and social personalized.According to the role range, the value of school Wushu education is classified as physical values, social values and spiritual values, showing:strong inside powerful outside in the physical, Military Morality, "Poetically habitation" and personality harmony in the spirit, the adaptation of conflict communication in the social, mental health, and the standard of the assessment of the value of school Wushu education is benefit for health and social progress to meet the needs of the community, with the update of the value mind, manners, means and conditions of value realization are growing scientific and modern.The curriculum content reform of school Wushu education can’t do without the doctrine of all-round development and Wushu theory, as the basic conditions realizing the contemporary value of school Wushu education, it provide the path to find the strategy for the reform of Wush curriculum content, that is, the establishment of Wushu curriculum status by education legislation, the determination of Wushu curriculum content by education target, the development of Wushu curriculum resources of health promotion classes, attack ability class, routine exercise and its appreciation and raising etc by scientific understanding, and the organic unity of basic skills and fundamental movements, unarmed combat and equipment combat and routine exercise makes the vertical running through of the movement process and the horizontal expanding of the psychological characteristics of age tend to be compatible, and the contemporary value of Wushu education is realized ultimately.
