The Global warming is not only the major scientific issues of world interest, but has become the focus of international attention in the political and economic issues, which affects the global ecosystem and human living environment.The world has made unremitting efforts to slow global warming process and protect human living environment. Sustainable development has become a global consensus, and developing forest carbon sinks to meet the mitigation of climate warming is one of the feasible ways. Based on sustainable development of carbon sink forestry, many research methods is used to research China carbon forestry of sustainable development and its game mechanisms, such as literature review, inductive and deductive methods,practices and empirical analysis, game theory, mechanism design theory,equilibrium analysis, comparative analysis of fuzzy hierarchical analysis. This paper analysis the status of sustainable development of carbon forest in China, researches and evaluate its development mechanism, analysis the relationship between the development mechanism and the sustainable forestry development of carbon forestry in China and explores reasonable mechanism to promote its sustainable development, so there are four problems to be solved in the paper,mainly.Paper is divided into 11 chapters.ChapterⅠis an introduction. This chapter is divided into six parts, the first part introduces the background and significance; the second part defines the related concepts; the third part describes the object of study and research objectives; the fourth part describes the research ideas and the main content; the fifth part introduces the research methods and technique line; the sixth part gives the possible innovation and inadequate.ChapterⅡis an overview and an analysis framework. This chapter is divided into two parts;the first part reviews the research on the carbon trading market, carbon sinks and sustainable development of carbon sequestration forestry,and then gives a brief review, finally, the second part analyzes the analytical framework of this article.from the system perspective, the game’s perspective and the mechanisms perspective.ChapterⅢintrudes the current development situation of China’s carbon forestry. This chapter is divided into five parts, the first part analyzes the scale of CDM projects; the second part analyzes the scale of carbon forestry excluding CDM projects. the third part analyzes carbon market conditions; the fourth part analyzes the financing channels; The fifth part analyzes the development stage of carbon forestry. The results,show that CDM projects has been some degree development, but is not enough. carbon forestry excluding CDM projects has been some degree development with government financial support.ChapterⅣconstructs the assessment indicators system of sustainable development of carbon forestry. This chapter is divided into there parts, the first part introduces the principles of evaluation index system; the second part introduces the basis of evaluation index system;the third part forms a framework of evaluation index system on sustainable development of forestry carbon sinks.ChapterⅤis the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the sustainable development of carbon forestry. This chapter is divided into three parts, the first part is the Introduction and assumptions; the second part evaluates the sustainable development of forestry carbon sinks in China; the third part analyzes the results of evaluation.The results show that the level of sustainable development is general in 2004,2005,2008,the others sustainable development is weak. From the evaluation,the conclution can be draw that mechanisms impact the sustainable development of carbon forestry.This chapter is an innovative point of this paper,which mainly uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the sustainable development of carbon sequestration forestry. And subjective weighting and objective method is used in this chaperChapterⅥis the mechanism of carbon forestry and the evaluation for forestry development mechanism based on sustainable perspective. This chapter is divided into two parts, the first part describes the existing mechanisms on sustainable development of carbon forestry, the second part evaluates the mechanisms based on the perspective of sustainable development.The results show that the Kyoto mechanisms on the distribution pattern of carbon emissions and compliance mechanism is not perfect on the sustainable development of carbon forestry,the reform of forest ownership is not deep enough and so hampered China sustainable development of carbon forestry; the competitive environment of carbon sinks enterprises is not conducive to the sustainable development of carbon forestry.ChapterⅦresearches the carbon sink mechanism design for sustainable forestry development and its strategic direction. This chapter is divided into three parts, the first part introduces the background of mechanism design theory, content, assumptions and factors. the second part analyzes the mechanism design of the systems approach, the third part concludes the strategic direction for sustainable development in China’s carbon forestry.ChapterⅧresearches the game mechanism design based on the perspective of international cooperation between countries. This chapter is divided into four parts, the first part is the introduction, the second part is cooperative game model, the third part is non-cooperative game model, the fourth part is count ermeasures. From the non-cooperative game of prisoner’s dilemma of international carbon emissions, this chapter results that international cooperation is proposed to solve the Prisoner’s Dilemma,the cooperation between the parties,is an essential game,However, the distribution of benefits this alliance is unstable, which means that such an alliance need to continue to exist, but this pattern need continue to adjust the distribution of benefits. This is another innovation of this paper, mainly uses cooperative game modle to analyze the international climate co-operation.ChapterⅨis the sustainable development of carbon forestry game mechanism countries and companies. This chapter is divided into three parts:the first part is the demand mechanism design;the second part is the agent mechanism design about supply of carbon forestry; the third part is countermeasures.The results show that agent mechanism the principal-agent mechanism achieve sustainable development objectives with the guidance of the government, but requires the high efficiency of production and a stable external environment.ChapterⅩresearches the game mechanism design based on the mechanism of Enterprises. This chapter is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction, the second part is the competition mechanism between carbon forestry enterprises and other forestry enterprises; the third part is the competition mechanism between carbon forestry enterprises and other emission reduction enterprises; The fourth part designs the joint product competition mechanism. finally gives policy recommendations.The results show that competition among enterprises, consumers,is good for sustainable development of carbon forestry. If the equilibrium of the game failed to achieve sustainable development objectives, through coercive force to change the utility function of consumers or of the cost function of producers to achieve the unity between individual rationality and collective rationality.ChapterⅪare conclusions and policy recommendations. The conclusions come from the full text. Policy recommendations are given from international, national, business perspective, pointing out that establish a system of carbon emissions in the country, further tenure reform, and improve forest insurance system and so on.
