| Business is the lifeblood of a nation in today’s world. It determines the economy of the nation and affects the trading and the standard of living of people for countries around the world. Nations around the world are putting in their best to development their business and to boost their national power and increase the standard of living of their citizens. This competition in business happens both in the nation and between nations. This has led to the civilization of the world and the increases in the standard of living the people. If the corporation wants to have development in the long-term, it needs to depend on the management tactics of those business elites. Talents are very crucial in business operation. This research focuses on the application of leadership in the Art of War and make use it when we look at current trend of the economy to motivate those business sectors to always aim for the best, investigate both the internal and external environment and perform thorough research on wide range of information in hope to lead to the flourish development of the business.As the trading of Cross-Strait business becomes more frequent, in order to strengthen the bonds between and increase the competitiveness from both sides for common interests, businessmen are trying their very best to be creative and open-minded in this fast changing world in hope to increase the efficiency of the business operation. Besides encouraging the employers to compete their tasks, it is important to have a set of business operation strategy. This business strategy will sustain the operation of the business so the Art of War is the only strategy that provides the military strategy that can be applied to business operation and be useful in today’s competitive business environment. This research will focus on the relationship among these three parties, the corporation, the business strategies and the employees and perform analysis on them. The survey is carried out on six major industries in Mainland China and Taiwan, such as meal tour service industry, traditional manufacturing industry, Hi-Tech telecommunication industry, Hi-Tech computer industry, Hi-Tech electron industry and biological Hi-Tech industry. Base on the survey, it is found that,1.The personal characteristics of employees ( gender, age, marital state, educational level, seniority, job position, people come into contact in work place) show partial discrepancies on The thoughts of leadership of The Art of War, business operation strategy management and Organizational performance respectively, especially at different educational level which can be seen from t and One-way ANOVA examination.2.The thought of leadership of The Art of War, Business operation strategies management and Organizational performance are three qualities show positive correlations.3.The thought of leadership of The Art of War and Business operation strategies management show positive correlations.4.The thought of leadership of The Art of War and Organizational performance show positive correlations.5.Business operation strategies management and Organizational performance show positive correlations.6.Business operation strategies management play important roles in improving the positive correlations of The thought of leadership of The Art of War and Organizational performance with motivation.
