Nowadays, the ultimate goal of many problems, in the business management, is theorganizational performance: which variable factors can affect the performance? Is how to influence?And influence how the effect? For these problems, there caused by a wide range of researchinterests in the academic world. The study found that the impact on organizational performancefactors experienced look at the path from the outside to the inside, and after the changes fromcorporate homogeneity to heterogeneity. The resource-based view thinks that the businessperformance difference is mainly due to their resources, especially knowledge and ability, whichdetermine the competitive position of enterprises. Further studies show that intellectual capital as animportant strategic resource in the enterprise, which is the key organizational performanceantecedents, and which play an increasingly important role in the competitive advantage andimprove organizational performance. In addition, it also found that strategic leadership as anpersonal variable have an important impact on intellectual capital.Accordingly, the purpose of this paper is to study the relationship during the strategicleadership, intellectual capital and organizational performance, and on the basis of elaboratestructure dimension of strategic leadership’ and intellectual capital,to set up the structure of themodels and assumptions of the study. This paper also expect through empirical research, to explorethe strategic leadership how to affect intellectual capital, which have an impact on organizationalperformance role, and solving the problem of “how to do” which on the basis of understanding“what it is”. Finally, this paper presents the development of research and inspiration, as well as thelimitations of the study and future research direction.The results showed that, the effect of strategic leadership for the different dimensions ofintellectual capital is different and the affect the role which the of human capital and relationshipcapital significantly with a positive correlation; intellectual capital on organizational performancesignificantly with a positive correlation; strategic leadership through human capital, structural capital and relational capital impact on organizational and operational performance, thereby provingthe intermediary influence of intellectual capital.The influence of the Leadership style to operational performance, this study adds theintermediary role of intellectual capital, and adds strategic leadership to the influencing factors ofintellectual capital. Trough the study of the relationships between them, we can know more aboutstrategic leadership and intellectual capital, and also give some inspiration and performanceimprovement for businesses on how to promote and maintain a competitive advantage.
