At present, China exists Multiple of social change, including Modernization, marketization, urbanization, informatization, globalizaton and aging, and It makes employers, labor and employment subject diversification and labor relations more and more facile, complex and hierarchical. There are some salient problems at some aspects related to the interests of workers, such as employment, income distribution and social security. Challenges adjusting labor relations mainly come from state-owned enterprises reform, economic structure adjustment, industrial structure adjustment and the accelerating transform of rural labor force.“Strong capitalists and weak laborers” situation evolved, in labor relations, the workers stand in a weak position and their rights are compromised, so labor disputes occur frequently and these bring a certain impacts to the stability and harmonious development of the society. So we should vigorously investigate and resolve conflicts and problems which affect social harmony existing in labor relations in our country to promote enterprise development and the stability and prosperity of the society.Based on field research, the article builds harmonious labor relations under new normal background in enterprises, and includes six chapters:Introduction, concepts and theories, building evaluation index systemsand relationship study, measure and analyze of the labor relations situation, recommendations, innovation and prospect. In the empirical analysis, this paper mainly uses SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software to do descriptive statistics, the reliability test and validity test for the data sample, and proves that the harmonious labor relations has a positive effect on corporate non-financial performance.Through research and empirical analysis, the paper finds that the main problems of labor relations under the new normal background exist in some aspects of compensation and benefits, rights protection, democratic participation and emotional relationships, business efficiency and career development and working conditions and labor protection. For the problems identified, this paper presents specific proposals and hopes they are useful for building a harmonious labor relations in the new normal background.
