Resrearch On The Derived Growth Of Regional Growth Cluster In China

The development of the world economy shows that, with a single city’s economicgrowth has been difficult to support the development of an area or a country, regionalgrowth cluster is gradually replacing single city as a new regional economic growthengine. Because our country has already deeply participated in the internationaldivision of labor, so also faces the same situation. Different from the local regionalstage of PRD’s development started basically depending on the growth pole of theindustry and city, our country’s Midwest backward area, due to a lack of the formationcondition of growth pole, negative waiting for the developed area’s diffusion onlymakes the regional gap expand. Establishing the mode of regional growth cluster bythe central government top-down is the reality choices to promote the backward areasdevelop. At the same time, it is worth noting, backward areas’ industrial system andurban system maldevelopment, industry not related, the relation between the cities alsoweak, looking for a city as the growth pole is useless to drive the entire area. Therefore,to realize the backward area economic growth’s further breakthrough will depend oneconomic and social development effect’s spatial diffusion and transition in thespecific areas, i.e. more on collaboration of region city community, through thecoordination between the regional growth cluster drive the region’s economicdevelopment.Since2009, more and more regional development strategy planning approved andenforced had indicated that in China’s regional growth mode conversion, the growthpole is distinctly showing a community of development. The division of regionalspatial strategic unit and the upgrade of regional and urban pattern make specificregional spatial development more depend on the city community. Using the regionalgrowth cluster’s coordination and integration to get the spill of the scale benefits,finally realize the all-round development.The paper adopts normative analysis, empirical analysis and comparative analysis,uses system theory, ecological economics, Spatial Economics, to study the connotation,formation mechanism, derived growth mode of regional growth cluster systematically.This article is divided into six chapters, content as follows:The first chapter summarizes the theories of the regional growth and the growthpole, and defines the basic connotation of the regional growth cluster; The second chapter reviews the domestic experience of the regional growthcluster;The third chapter studies the formation mechanism of the regional growth cluster,including the specific mechanism and decisive factors of the regional growth cluster’srise, the life cycle and the evolution motivity of the regional growth cluster, derivedpathway of the regional growth cluster, the coupling analysis of the endogenousgrowth and derived policies of the growth cluster;The fourth chapter classifies the derived growth and derived growth mode of theregional growth cluster. Defines the basic connotation of the derived growth and onthat basis, explores the space development mode, resource integration mode andindustrial cooperative mode of the different derived growth modes;Chapter5, with the Yangtze River Delta growth cluster as an example,empirically researches the industrial collaborative growth pattern of the regionalgrowth cluster, and mainly analysis YRD growth cluster from four aspects: formationmechanism, life cycle, industrial transfer, industry positioning and industrial transfermode innovation in new pattern;Chapter6, with Liaoning coastal economic zone as an example, empiricallyanalyses the interlaced fostering derived growth mode of the regional growth cluster.Based on analyzing the development situation of Liaoning coastal economic zone,through investigating the general pathway of the derived growth cluster’s policy effect,and according the industry development situation of Liaoning coastal economic zone,this chapter proposes the industry orientation and industrial interlaced developmentplanning.
