Since 19th, with the world wild competition increasing, science technology progressing and economic developing, the importance of knowledge has appeared and proved. Organization studying, knowledge management(KM) and the organization ability of creating new knowledge has being recognized considerably. Knowledge became the most important resource for production and strategy, the success of organization is depending on the capability of creating, acquiring, diffusing knowledge, so the KM has become the deciding factor of creating and maintaining advantage. And the core capability is managing knowledge efficiently, learning and acquiring the knowledge needed for the lasting development, especially of tacit knowledge of the organization. knowledge accumulation of organization is relied on the knowledge learning capacity which become the key point of lasting competitive advantage. However there is good attention to KM as a whole, and a little to the knowledge sharing which is one of taches for KM. And sharing valuable knowledge is keystone of KM. The researchers overseas are applying to company intelligent capital(IC), analyzing IC of company to provide data for the yearly report.Based on related research at present, first enterprise knowledge frame system was established, then enterprise knowledge frame system based BSC was analyzed, which was a criterion for employee knowledge contribution. This study will have significance to the KM.Research method of this paper is faced to information system, that is to analyze enterprise knowledge management from the point view of information system, including knowledge providing and knowledge assessing and so on. The detailed as following:(1) enterprise knowledge frame system based on BSC was studied, thetype and character of enterprise knowledge were analyzed first, and the enterprise knowledge is classified to three parts according to the dimensionality of BSC, every which was then explained detailed. As that the owner of knowledge is employee, a knowledge contribution coupling model is brought forward.(2) One. of the aim of KM is to find useful knowledge of employee, so employee knowledge contributeon assessing index system is established, how the system is formed and index weight of system is analyzed.(3) According to the information system framework, an employee knowledge contributeon system model was put forward, in which ontology was used to detonation of enterprise knowledge, and an example for customer knowledge is explained detailed.(4) Employee knowledge contributeon performance assessment model is established using DEA, which is to determine how much one employee contribute knowledge.(5) a employee inspiration management model based on knowledge contribution was put forward, also summarized the above research, and strengthen the effect of KM.(6) Case study runs through the every chapter of this dissertation, allthe argumentation were discussed in the GXLU company which is a classical knowledge enterprise. This displayed the practical value of this paper.In summary, enterprise knowledge frame system based on BSC in this paper and employee knowledge contributeon index system are innovateon in the process of KM, carrying some theory level and useful in practice.
