Abstract/Summary:
R&D personnel as the core of technological innovation, are the high-level innovativetalents who master the core technology resources and the knowledge of idiosyncratic, toenhance the core market competitiveness and get rid of the Post-crisis, the enterprise musteffective evaluate and inspire their knowledge contribution behavior, played them continuedinnovative vigor. This paper based on knowledge contribution theory, combined knowledgeevaluation theory and knowledge transfer theory, designed knowledge contribution evaluationsystem and incentive model for R&D personnel, and then put into practical application toencourage them more knowledge contribution.Text is divided into five parts: The first chapter, Introduction, mainly presents background,research status and contents, key issues to be resolved and main innovative points. The secondchapter, the basic theory for knowledge contribution, focuses on related notion of knowledgecontribution, current development status on knowledge contribution, Knowledge structure andtheir characteristics for R&D personnel; The third chapter, based on Knowledge evaluationtheory and its formation mechanism, design knowledge contribution evaluation system. Thefourth chapter, based on Knowledge transfer theory, analyzed Knowledge transfer obstacles ofthe R&D personnel, On this basis, to build the knowledge contribution incentive model; Thefifths chapter, case studies and applications, this paper takes R&D personnel of A company forexample, applied the knowledge evaluation system to the Company A, and to link aquestionnaire survey for the actual situation in the company and knowledge incentive modelabove, put forward Strategy proposals to motivate the knowledge contribution of R&Dpersonnel; The sixth chapter, conclusions and prospects, analyzes the merits and limitations ofthis article, and makes the later research prospect.
