Research And Practice On Safety Supervision Informatization Model About Resource Integration Coal Mine

In view of the characteristics of accidents happening frequently causing by smallproduction capacity, backward technology and equipment, and as producting asconstructing in resource integration coal mine, makeing full use of safety science,social science, management science and etc. knowledge, analyze the reasons of itsaccidents happening frequently. Analysis shows that increasing the government safetysupervision efficiency is the key to solve this problem. Through analyzing theadvantages and disadvantages of territorial supervision and provincial supervisionmode, put forward a new supervision mode of the territorial based, the provincialsupplemented and the two linkage.Based on hazard theory determine the base keyelements of safety production in resource integration coal mine. Thus establish thegovernment safety supervision index system, and caculate the safety supervisionindex importance degree by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzycomprehesive evaluation method. In order to further improve the government safetysupervision efficiency, establish the government safety supervision information modelabout the three key indicates of safety standards implementation, three excessbehavior and safety quality standardization, and through the computer programmingtechnology put the safety supervision information model into practice. Thegovernment safety supervision practice in Shanxi province proved that the researchresults reached a good application effect.
