Coal is an important energy resource in China.In view of the present situation,coal will still occupy the main position of energy in China for a long time.However,compared with other coalproducing countries,the casualties and property losses caused by coal mine accidents in China are still surprisingly high,coal mine safety has been an unavoidable and serious social problem.The coal mine safety are getting higher and stricter recently under the government requirements.In a situation like this,it is necessary and urgency to investigate a supervision system which combines with the advanced technologies,e.g.Internet of things,enterprise management and automatic control.This supervision system can automatically monitor the environmental situation,the mechanical and electrical equipment under coal mine.Especially this supervision system can provide an early warning once some abnormal phenomenon happens in order to ensure the safety of the workers under the mine and reduce the economic losses caused by accidents.The current research work has practical value and provide certain reference significance for coal mine safety production.This paper analyzes the current situation of the Mantou shan coal mine which is in Shangluo,Shaanxi.According to the requirements of equipment upgrading in this coal mine,this paper first analysis the problem in daily management.The corresponding coal mine safety production system and related safety system evaluation method are constructed according to the guiding principles issued by the local regulators.In the safety evaluation system,the fuzzy optimization model is used to determine the attribute weight of each index.This method provides quantitative evaluation method and basis for the determination of safety production management level of coal mine.After that,a coal mine safety supervision system based on the Internet of things is established according to the safety evaluation index.The application framework of regulatory system based on network topology and the functions such as positioning of underground workers,monitoring of equipment operation status and environmental monitoring are also designed.This provides some guidance for implementing the monitoring system.Finally,the design and development of database and function interface of the coal mine safety supervision software prototype based on Internet of Things are completed by using C# and SQL Server database.In this supervisory system,the position and condition of worker can be monitored as well as the monitoring and warning for the equipment condition and environment under the mine can also be reported.Therefore,this supervisory system greatly improve the safety under the mine because it can automatic monitor the situation underground and provide an early warning once some abnormal phenomenon occurs.
