(1) Survey results show that, a total of1871wild vascular plant species (including subspecies), belonging to821genera and211families were recorded in Fujian Daiyun Mountain National Nature Reserve. The flora has the characteristics of mid-subtropical and south subtropical, with more obvious tropical nature, and parts of temperate nature. The floristic characteristics are the following:(1) Richness in plant species;(2) The dominant families and genera are obvious, families and genera which including few and single species be in the majority;(3) The life form spectrum showed the characteristics of evergreen broad-leaved forest;(4) Floristic composition is complex, tropical and subtropical elements occupy a dominant position;(5) The origin of the flora is ancient, richness in relict, rare, endemic species, with a single or few type of genera of a certain number;(6) Significant transitional.(2) By the Daiyun Mountain Nature Reserve vegetation classification, to analysis plant community pattern diversity and explore the distribution of vegetation Daiyun Mountain with the terrain factor and in accordance with the classification results. The results show that the vegetation the Daiyun Mountain Nature Reserve can be divided into nine vegetation types and61formations and115associations. At an altitude of1500m above sea level segment elevation segment of the boundaries of the forest vegetation and shrub vegetation,1500m and the main forest vegetation, while the shrub dominated1500m above. Up the slope, the forest vegetation, depending on the respective vegetation type, showing different characteristics of the distribution, while the shrub is randomly distributed in each slope upward. On the slope, the forest vegetation is more showing the law of random distribution, while the shrub is more because of the high altitudes of which appear in the gentle slope.(3) The a-biodiversity features of Daiyun mountain Nature Reserve were studied through species richness, species richness index, Shannon-Wiener index, Pielou evenness index, Alatalo evenness index, community dissimilarity and community similarity. The results showed as follows:(1) the different levels of community variation:shrub> tred layer> herb layer;(2)the maximum was600-700m and the minimum was1600-1700m;(3) the maximum species diversity was in southwest slope and the minimum was in south slope;(4) The index values of species diversity are minor differences in different slopes.(4) Results of different plant community species diversity in Daiyun Mountain National Nature Reserve showed that, study of different vegetation diversity indicates, Huangshan pine forest, mingled forest of massoniana and Cunninghamia lanceolata, forest composed of Huangshan pine and Fagus longipetiolata have lower diversity generally in various vegetation type in different formation. Evergreen broad-leaved forest have a higher diversity and little difference. Among the Evergreen broad-leaved forests, Schima superba has the highest diversity. In bamboo grove, Phyllostachys heterocycla cv. Pubescens have a higher diversity than Oligostachyum oedogonatum. The diversity of shrub is generally the highest, followed by tree layer and herb layer compared with otier formation. Camellia brevistyla has a higher diversity than other shrub. Among the main vegetation, the diversity of Warm coniferous forest, broadleaved deciduous forest and evergreen broad-leaf forest etc is generally high and has little difference, followed by mixed coniferous broad leaved forest, Warm coniferous forest. The diversity of bamboo forest is the lowest. The diversity of eachi layer:shrub layer>tree layer>herb layer, the diversity of shrub:herb layer>shrub. According to the results of stability analysis, communities in different forest pattern stayed stable status basiclly in gernal which means the effect of vegetation conservation is good in the reserve.(5) This paper analyses the nutrition utilization status of the main arbor species of Castanopsis fabri community in different resource spaces in Daiyun Mountain Natural Reserve, through the study of their multidimensional niche breadth and their niche overlap rates based on the ecological niche space compartmentalization.29investigated sample plot of Pinus taiwanensis community in Daiyun Mountain were divided into8associations by the application of system cluster analysis. The niche breadth, niche overlap of main dominant species and multi-species general overlap were measured by using a series of indices proposed by Levins, Shannon-Wiener, Pianka and Petraitis. Among the overall communities, niche breadth of P. taiwanensis was the widest, which showed that it had high status and wide distribution in the community; whereas the niche breadth of Fagus lucida which formed a community with P. taiwanensis was the narrowest. Niche breadth value of species in overall communities was more than that of different types of communities. Niche overlap values of dominant species were generally low with the exception of some individuals, of91.78%species pairs fluctuated between0and0.5. The results show that the nutrition utilization of different species varies in different resource spaces, i.e. the niche breadths of the same species vary at their different ages, and the niche breadths of different species of the same age also vary. There are33pairs of species whose niche overlap rate is between0.2-0.3, which acounts for27.5%of the total species; and that of51pairs is over0.3,42.5%of the total. It reveals that the niche overlap rate of the dominant community group is comparatively high, as a result, the resources they utilize are similar, and the competition between them is fierce. Among the tree layers, the vast individual distribution of C. fabri only has a small niche overlap with other species with a rate0.042to0.424, which means there’s little competition between C. fabri and other species in resource utilization, and that, to some extent, determines the population’s dominant place in the community. According to the classical layered frequency analysis, the C. fabri population belongs to the typical recession type of species, which is consistent with their actual community succession sequence. The general niche overlap of community Ⅶ was the highest, and community Ⅶ nearly the same, it showed species in both communities had strong similarity in using resources; the general niche overlap of community Ⅱ was the smallest, which showed species in the community had weak similarity in using resources and the dominant species had a significant effect.(6) Plant diversity in Daiyun Mountain Nature Reserve was evaluated in three concepts including regional species diversity, plant resource diversity and plant population diversity. The main characteristics of species diversity were:(1) rich species and composition diversity,(2)life pattern diversity shows south subtropical forest vegetation feature,(3)rich floristic geographical element, tropical property obvious contains trasitional characteristics;(4) abundant of rare and unique plants. The characteristics of plant resources diversity was similar to the species diversity by the analysis of4concepts and established the evaluation index system to evaluate the potential development of258wild economic plant resources with the "index and method". The results showed that the existing209families,776genera and1580species could be classified into15types of plant resources. The life form was composed of28.54%tree,16.08%shrub,47.91%herbal and7.47%vine. A significant tropical and temperate nature was the feature of the plant flora. And the proportion of the plants with great potential development was58.53%. Finally, the sustainable utilization measures of the plant resources were bring out in this article, which have a great significance on the protection and sustainable development of plant resources. Daiyun Mountain Nature Reserve was evaluated with AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. Combined the evaluating result with the ecology, social and economic situation of the nature reserve, the sustainable development strategy for plant diversity was proposed.
