Internet Public Sphere Goverance Under The Perspective Of Marx’s Civil Society Theory

Under the push of the digital technology, the public sphere came to the reality. However, as a prompting factor, the technological determinism losses its explanatory power in its heyday. Marx made a development of critical on one of Hegel’s theory which is "civil society". Marx not only finding out the true meaning of the "civil society", but also construct a Social narrative research framework, and this framework includes clear objects&clues&ways in a combination of place&social space&historic space.The China’s Internet public sphere separates from the public sphere and becomes a Independent domain surface because of the disembedding mechanism. In this domain surface, there are a group of independent netizens&the mature of the social media makes sure that they can make a easier communications with each other. We also find the public views can play a role in reality, and change the reality. In the perspective of modernity global, the civil society find a new growing point although it did not follow the pace of the west. This regression analysis method provides a possibility to the course of the production of narratives to life narratives.By looking at how the world actually works, we found out that China’s Internet public sphere didn’t have the fixed spaces and boundaries in Marx’s Social narrative research framework. Because of the existence and alkalosis of predicament brought by oneself and predicament brought by others, it brings out the expression of paradox of China’s Internet public sphere. The civil society faces the choose between homogeneous dissimilar and heterogeneous convergence. The existed space of productive living space is squashed because of the culture lag and path dependence.According to settle the logics of the social narratives of Internet public sphere, we turn back to a few main factors, just like subject behaviour&institutional environment&criteria of value。And we want to find the reason which makes the disorder logics by them.In view of these, we want to do some practical job according to the arranged logics.we also want to meet the conditions of social narratives which is the place/behaviour/order by technical operation/regulator choosing/spirit of rule of law.
