Research On Government Operating Costs Performance Optimization

Evaluation of government operating costs performance is very important to transferwork function of the government, improve service level, reduce government operationcosts, and construct service government. Based on past research results, and quotableexperieneces on government operating costs performance is drawed from the firstdeveloped countries, modle and map of reduction of indicator system is constructed,and comprehensive evaluation method is proposed, the procedure of which is alsoproposed, and case study is made on Hainan province governing county, and pathoptimization and safeguard policy of government operating costs performance areboth proposed. The main contents and innovations of the dissertation are as follows:(1) Quotable experiences on government operating costs performance is drawedfrom the first developed countries. Experiences on government operating costsperformance of the first developed countries are summarized.
